Was first time to visit this store. Loved it. Husband needed work boots and they actually had wide width. I always have to order online and wait for days to get product. The employees were friendly and jumped to perform any service I needed. From reaching the top shelf to checking out. Great service. I will be going back next payday just to see what I can find.

The customer service is horrible at this location!! First the person hangs up in my face, then i call back still trying to get assistance, i’m placed on hold for 15 minutes i then hang up, now i’m currently on the phone with the 800 number. Hopefully, they can be more of a help then this location!
