My husband needed new work shoes, and after visiting for the first time here, we wanted to check other locations to see their options too. When we returned to the Inwood location to get the pair he decided on, and to our surprise Zenia remembered us. From the 1st visit to this one, I noticed the difference in how wonderful her customer service was to everyone compared to the other locations. On both occasions I noticed her charismatic energy to check on everyone in her store, be helpful, lively, singing, while always touching up, and smiling. She is a great asset in representing Work Wear Safety Shoes! Highly satisfied customers here! ?♀️

If you want help go to Greg he will make sure he will help you with whatever you need he bend over backwards and made some calls to try to get me the boot I wanted. There not a lot of people who are like Greg he could of just said we don’t got it but he went looking for solutions and answers give this guy a raise, a gift card something because he gives great customer service. Thank you

First time in a actual Work Wear Safety Shoes store. My previous employer would annually have the “Boot Truck” come and supply us with safety shoes. Saw this location and was looking for some slip resistant shoes. The entire staff was helpful and informative about my questions. Definitely will be back for my safety shoe needs. Thanks!!!
