Brandi is my go to person just because she’s been there since we first started going years ago. My doggie suffered from an ear infection and Brandi cleaned it out and made a magical recommendation. It cleared up within days and I’d gotten prescribed meds for it that didn’t help, crazy right? Immaculate experience my doggie loves going I’m not sure what they do behind the closed door but she comes out HAPPY every time! Thank you Brandi.

Condescending and rude staff. Manager is alright but the groomers are not well practiced in customer service. Won’t be bringing our dogs back after several issues with not only the styling choices made by the groomers and the treatment of our dogs. But also the utter filthy state of the back room and cages where the dogs are kept. I expect a response to be made to this post claiming it was the “wrong location” or how somehow my experience was my fault. However if you care about your pets like we do, you will spend your money elsewhere.

Never take your dog here unless you want to find an open wound on him. The groomers didn’t even care to mention anything about it either.

We took Glory Be here for a basic bath. They do great work! Glory is not a fan of blow drying, but the groomers here have a drying "room" which means she gets nice and dry without the stress and noise of a traditional blow dryer. There are lots of fun treats and dog toys here as well - my husband was very tempted while he was waiting to pick up his favorite girl.Note: This location is actually in North Dallas, but is considered the Plano store. Strangely, the store in Plano (south of 121) is considered Frisco. Go figure.

This grooming place is a fur-tastic find for our Labradoodle Barkley! Their grooming skills are top-notch, leaving our furry friend looking paw-sitively adorable every time. The staff's care and expertise make it our go-to spot for a stylish and happy pup! Haley is awesome and so kind to our pup!

Went here to have my dog personaly wash groomed, and found out there that they assemably line dogs, wash them put in a cage wet, dry with a big blower, then cut and groom, doing several dog at a time, very scary for the dog, and for a personal grooming price, they told me they are not able to find groomers, but if you want a private groomer from start to finish, it would a $30, charge extra over the $65 dollar reg price for a 7 pound dog, SORRY I WOULD AVOID THIS BAKERY FOR GROOMING, baked goods are good, but pricy.

Currently visiting family and realized I ran out of situational anxiety meds for my dog. When I googled cbd dog treats Dallas, they were the first review. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but they had so many amazing products and treats! I absolutely would be a regular if I lived in the area for the customer service experience alone!
