This place is horrible! Please run run I mean run & don’t waste your time. Management doesn’t answer any maintenance tickets & all management cares about is not having anything on the balcony. Let’s not get on the parking lot, the parking lot is ridiculous. There’s no where for the visitors to park nor residents.They will not update the amenities in the apartments, they don’t have a fitness gym nor a pool. They are charging all this money for rent but don’t want to update nothing in the apartments. Maintenance doesn’t respond to emergency tickets or regular tickets. They are sorry! They have painted the apartments this red & blue ugly *** color!

This place is terrible. I lived here for 4 months and not one repair out of the 10 that have been needed have been met. My toilet has been clogged for 2 days I have emailed and left voicemails and there's been no response.

I have been contacting this company for over a month about an opening that they were gonna potentially have for a unit. I have contacted them 2-3 times a week asking about availability. The girl that answered the phone would tell me they had no idea when the unit would be available. I offered to put a deposit down, pay my app fee and was told that they needed to wait for the property manager to do so… today I called as was instructed and they told me someone else has placed a deposit down on the unit that I’ve been calling on for over a month. This is completely unprofessional.

This place is horrible it has mice. The management takes about a month to do repairs and I’ve had something go wrong in my apartment every month since I’ve been here. I’ve only lived here four months. Now I have to deal with MICE!!!!

I love Woodfront, but management can be a bit hard to get help from. Lexi has been the absolute best thing about this place (besides our home). She has worked so hard to help us out and explain everything needed and respond quickly. Would not continue here without her!

I love my home at Woodfront. Lexi has been the most helpful person here, and deserves a huge raise for all her hard work and kindness. It was almost impossible to get anything done with Sunridge Management until Lexi came along and became our knight in shining armor. ❤️ Thank you Lexi!!

This place is terrible. The parking lot and stairwells are FILTHY and don't have lighting. My fiance had expensive equipment stolen from his garage storage downstairs. His stairwell reeks of pot, people walk around at night drinking and junkies sit outside nodding out. He applied here because he does have a record, but thought this could be a place to start over. Looks like they let anyone in. His dishwasher has been broken for days, while the office keeps saying the repair man is on his way or just doesn't answer the phone at all. Their only concern is collecting rent and making sure nothing ugly is on the balconies because some new fancy investors are looking around. If I could talk to them, I'd say RUN. There is so much more I could say, but I'm not writing a book.
