Customer service is excellent, they are friendly.Never disappointed, products good, the brand they carry so far have been ok with me and others I personally know. A bit paranoid getting things somewhere else because it didn’t go well (emergency) when I went to a different store.

great customer service! i bought an elf bar and 2 of them malfunctioned. third one did as well but wasn’t going to keep changing my choices. he took back broken ones and gave me a new working one. great place. very friendly and attentive

Best customer service in Dallas. Good honest hard working people who care about their customers an items sold. Great for first time buyers an people who are new to smoking.

Always a fast and efficient check out when coming in wizards. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the items on the shelves. Thanks to the lender for a clean beautiful location

They are always out of stuff or they are late to open up mostly on the weekends. There are other vape shops near by that are better.

Just moved to the area and this was the first place that popped up on yelp. Very clean place and super nice employees. Erik was working when I went in and helped me find a nice flavor and brand. Best shop on the area for sure.

I recently moved to Dallas and tried a lot of stores, but this was the first where I had a good experience. Erik went above and beyond and was so helpful, definitely best customer service I have had in a while! Highly recommend this store!

Looked up the closest vape shop near my air bb and this place popped up. The employee working was so nice and helpful (I think his name was Erik). They let me test my vape i bought before leaving which was awesome. Price was cheaper then my hometown too. Will be back before i leave town (:

Was looking for a place with delta 8 near me and this place popped up on my google search. Saw lots of good reviews so I decided to try here. Such a clean place and nice employees. Erik took care of me and i’ll be back.

These guys are great, if they don't have the vape accessories you want they will get it for you. Very good selection of other items as well.
