I had the opportunity to work with Bob, Pat, and Amanda at Wingate's, and it was a delightful experience - Especially as a first time buyer. They really helped me navigate and learn how the process works within the industry, and most importantly - not allowing me rush the process and settle for anything less than what I was specifically looking for at the best price and highest value. Worth the wait, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. Rod W

My fiance bought me a Rolex from Wingate and it is a beautiful watch. But like one review says, once they have your money the service stops. My watch stopped working after a year and I sent it to Wingate at my expense. I sent it UPS on December 15, 2023 and they still have it. Amanda was the salesperson and I called after a month to see the progress of getting it fixed. To quote Amanda, don't call me I will call you.Well that does not, so now we are in February of 2024 and I call weekly. I have spoke to Shawn on several occasions and still have no idea when I will get my watch back. I have asked everything to have Amanda call me and have been told that she only calls when the watch is ready. I said that that is very unprofessional but still noI will be calling again next week to try andget my watch. It will be 3 months in 7 days and no one seems to know when I will get my watch. Very Unprofessional!

I agree with the last review.If you have a particular problem with your watch after the sale, lot's of luck.I won't mention name's because other's already have but it was a man who works on commission as they all do. I was told that by a woman over the phone that works there.I have a problem with my date wheel showing my numbers too far left in my recently purchased 41mm datejust. All numbers should be centered.This watch was suggested to me and I took the person's "WORD" and the apparently usual rhetoric of fabulous watch,etc to make my decision.Big mistake.I was never afforded the opportunity to see the watch even after I ask repeatedly to see details by having pictures sent to me.I was told that I would ruin the surprise of seeing it before hand.Once I got the watch it felt like a fool for taking the Windgate watches sale's reps "WORD".I felt deceived and this watch with an obvious flaw IMO was being pawned off on me. I contacted him immediately and was told that this is normal and he said it could not be fixed as it was a problem that is"baked into that watch". I was also told to give my wrist a casual turn to the right and look in the cyclops window and it would appear correct which was B/S.I was also told that he wasn't taking the watch back before I even asked him too and his whole demeanor was totally different after the sale."All I wanted was this problem fixed period".So now I'm upset because I would have not bought this watch from Windgates.I asked if I could even pay for the replacement part to correct the problem and suggest other solution's but instead i getting treated like I was a pain in the neck.My watch cost $12k.I wonder if what one of the other reviewer's said was true that this place allegedly has "Frankinwatches".A pull a part automotive junk yard but with high end watches instead.Authentic is a ploy used by them IMO and is way different than AUTHORIZED dealer that has a great rating with the BBB as Windgate's is not and probably would be turned down if they even cared to apply.If you can't go there and inspect your watch in person don't buy one online from Windgate watches because you'll never take the back off that expensive watch to ever know the difference if you expensive watch has a Chinese movement or other parts in it. I could go on because this experience has layers because I contacted Rolex in Dallas and found out plenty more about buying from other's outside of Rolex the corporation .I also hope to hear from the "Owner" about my problem and solutions as you have with your other reviewer's.

Recently purchased a great watch but discovered one link had a different finish. Not a biggie local AD is willing to fix this issue.The bigger issue is I specifically asked Sean about the sizing if the bracelet. He confirmed that it was a full bracelet and could accommodate a large wrist. This was false. I had to order an additional link from a proper AD which cost me several hundred dollars more.My issue is not with the watch or the price and actually shipping was super fast. I mean ridiculously fast which is great. Its with the lack of care to at least check instead of answering without knowing. Upon emailing it would appear the salesman Sean could care less.

I've purchased six watches from Wingate's and aways happy with their service!Recently, I had a Rolex GMT stolen and Amanda was extremely helpful with selecting a replacement. I wish I had my original watch, but based on the insurance settlement, They had multiple selections to choose from.Wingate's is always my go to source for my watches.

What a great experience. I showed up unannounced and within 15 to 20 minutes, I bought a beautiful Rolex. Sean was very accomadating and wonderful. I would highly recommend Wingate.
