I had a week long hospital stay for my sickle cell. The nurses, nurses tech, and staff caring for me did an incredible job. I'm grateful they were patient and compassionate.

I thought it would be a 5 but the way they are doing my husband just isn't right!! He was admitted the Dr 's. came up with a plan that sounded right for his problem. Well then shift change and a whole new set of Dr's with their plan which didn't do nothing but get him ready to discharge ? nothing done.

Worst ER in Dallas. I have been waiting for 10 hours to talk to the doctor. I'm still waiting.? I waited 8 hrs just for them to draw blood. Multiple patients left without treatment. They need to do something about the wait time this is ridiculous!!!!
