John was very sweet! He told us a little bit about how his Grandaddy started the company. But more importantly he loved my service dog and told us the correct terms….Cowgirl hats and cowgirl boots! Had a great experience with a gentleman who steamed my hat this afternoon. The store didn’t have the hat I wanted in my size so he found the next best thing within the same price range and even changed out the hat band with something fun. Definitely coming back here
