I’m not butt hurt by the lack of customer service they most likely are working non stop, if you can see past it you will find some amazing high quality T-shirts and clothing for cheap I’m not sure about everything else but I got quality cotton pro club T-shirts amongst many others. I am very happy with my purchase and will return. It’s hard to find anything like this anywhere else.

I have been going here since 2011 for my business shirts, Jack is kinda hard guy but he is very fair and the pricing for the quality he provides is unbeatable. I am a regular customer and will probably be for a long time.

First time here, never coming back. Horrible customer service. Being from Texas, and living in Dallas, I hate that this place is definitely not a representation of us. We do not all steal, but you will be treated as if you do as soon as you walk in.Other locations to go to with better people for a better customer experience cause this is not it.

On today, May 30th, 2022 (Memorial Day)I visited this store to make a purchase of quite a few items. At check out, I presented my VA (Veteran Affairs) card to receive the 5% discount that the store offered after seeing the advertisement for it.The clerk declined my card and said that it wasn’t real! He said that I needed to show a different card. The card that I was issued from the government shows everything that you need to know in regards to validation. The store is ran by foreigners and barely can speak English.Warning** if you’re a veteran please refrain from patronizing this establishment! Buy local (American)

If I could give 0 stars I would - rude, terrible customer service. 10 thumbs down. They weren't even rude to me but I witnessed them being very inconsiderate to others, in fact even throwing customers bags at them due to wanting to return an item. Kindness is free.

Read through many reviews and I’m glad I’m not the only one. They are EXTREMELY rude! Jay the “manager” literally starred at his computer screen and kept saying “whatever” while I was trying to explain church Tax IDs.I have filled out a tax ID form so many times and have had a card but TODAY I have the wrong tax ID number. I asked if he could look up my form and he said no because they don’t keep them. They throw them out. Just a heads up.

Walking inside the store all I saw was the extensive selection of brightly colored t shirts. Did inquire how things work and a salesman gladly greeted us and gave us a tour of how the t shirts are priced with different quality of product. Really helpful and had a great smile. Credit card info was hacked using their website. Notified owner, waited for website to be fixed, notified owner again (because I would like to be able to place orders), on 3rd notification owner was rude and told me he was not going to secure his website and if I don’t like it I can do business elsewhere. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but after the hassle of getting my bank account together after being hacked, being a loyal customer for close to 5 years, and the total disregard for the safety of their customers bank account info, I felt I should share with the people.

Worst customer service ever !I asked a simple question . I was buying in bulk (over 100 shirts) and I asked if I can get a little break.The guy was like NO, you pay the price and that’s it .He continue to say : you don’t have to buy here , you can go buy somewhere else !That’s the worst customer Service experience ever .... zero regard ... as long as they make their money ... sad
