As an out-of-state customer I really admire White Rock's customer service structure. I had to refill a prescription that I've only filled once and didn't have the refill number. I clicked a prompt on the web site to set up automatic refill and after giving my contact info, I was called within an hour by someone from White Rock who helped me initiate the refills. White Rock also has shown me great customer service so far. They answer your phone calls, and they call you when you submit requests on the web site. The staff I've spoken to over the phone are very nice and get the process done smoothly. White Rock's professionalism and quality of service are fantastic.

I really like this place, I was seen by the NP shortly after I arrived. I felt like the NP listened to me and made an effort to seek the best possible treatment for me at this time. Thanks Mind Spa....

It was not opened till 9.06am. The workers were late and still not even apologetic towards customers who were waiting outside. Will definitely change the pharmacy!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They definitely set the bar high. I've NEVER experienced this level of service at a Walgreens, CVS, Kroger etc.Keep it up White Rock Pharmacy!
