Hands down thr best moving crew i have ever used. Very professional and know what they are doing. They are also willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Case in point, we have a very large and heavy dining room table that would not fit in the freight elevator. Justin, the crew leader, said no problem we will just carry it up the stairs. 30 flights of stairs! I have never seen anything like it. Awesome! Well done!

? Shining a Light on White Glove Storage and Delivery ?
Have you ever wondered what White Glove Storage and Delivery is all about? I certainly did until I embarked on my journey to find a new and exciting job. From the moment I connected with Ms. Kim over the phone, her warmth and friendliness set the stage for what turned out to be an incredible experience.
Fast forward to my interview day, where I was greeted by a team of office ladies who exuded professionalism and kindness. Through three rounds of interviews with HR, the GM, and the Sales and Marketing Manager from our Austin location, I felt not just welcomed but valued for what I could bring to the table.
Now, in just my third week as the New Dallas Estimator, I can confidently say that my experience at White Glove Storage and Delivery has exceeded all expectations. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support and guidance from some truly remarkable individuals.

We had the BEST experience with White Glove. The crew. The management. Everyone was so amazing to us. The movers were so polite and professional. They worked efficiently and were very organized. They took the very best care of our belongings and made our move easy. By far the best movers!

Amazing! These guys are great! Adrian and Nahum arrived on time and carefully unloaded all of my client’s art collection, heavy mirrors and pieces that required extra TLC. They stayed and assisted in expertly and precisely placing and hanging everything for us which was a HUGE help! They were kind, patient, courteous and so respectful of my client and her treasures. Exemplary service and will most definitely use them again!

This is the second time we’ve used White Glove, and both times they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They tried to really be careful with my precious things, too. Demarcus and his crew were really great! I highly recommend White Glove!

DO NOT use this company. Half of my boxes were delivered soaking wet. They had obviously been in water for some time. There was mold between the tape and the cardboard box. These boxes were not brought in the house when my goods were delivered. I had to call back and ask to have them brought in a few days later. I can only assume this was an attempt to hide the wet boxes. When I asked, the only answer I got was that there was no water in their storage facilities. It was not raining on move out or move in day!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I packed almost all my items. I was charged for materials, but the movers used my boxes and tape. And the items they did pack were dumped into boxes unwrapped and and unprotected. The crew that came to move the boxes from the garage were shocked. They also told me I should have had a portal to be able to see my goods in storage. This was never provided. I sent multiple pictures and nothing was done. And the only answers I got was they had no idea how any of this happened. I paid a lot of money for "white glove" service. I did NOT get it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Nick & Kevon did an excellent job! Respectful of property & so polite! Did an excellent job of delivering & setting up furniture! Would definitely use White Glove again & ask for Nick & Kevon!

Just had a delivery of a very large painting (82" x 53") and Nick and Kavon were so caring, careful, smart. Amazing guys with great attitudes! I would use them again in a heart beat. So professional and just great to be around. That is service!

White Glove team from the man that came out to give estimate to the movers on the trucks were all A++++. Even the team in the office communicated well when drivers finished job prior early to get to my house early. Handled art work with extreme care. Loved how they took care of flooring by wearing shoe covers when coming inside my home. When ya want real WHITE GLOVE experience their name says it all!!! Thanks WG!

Nice guy but prices are to much for a 1 bedroom. First I was told basic 8hrs labor and delivery service would be around 1000. So I asked about 3-4 hrs, he then says at the lowest it would be around 900 not including price for storage/inventory of things. Might be a good moving place but prices are way out of control!No I’m pretty sure a review is experience from the company so this is my review for this company I don’t have it mixed up at all. And that reply was very rude!

We use White Glove whenever we need rugs moved around and wrapped and shipped/Yesterday we had a few rugs that needed to be taken down and wrapped and switched out with others, a new rug put under a table, that was delivered to White Glove for us and they did a fantastic job. But the BIG job was lowering the hanging display for our rugs! I won't even explain how difficult it can be! They took an existing rug down and put a new rug up.Russel and Jakorey were amazing! They deducted them selves to the task and put their all in to it until it was complete. That was a HUGE task and I couldn't be more pleased! White Glove is a great place. Those two guys are Fabulous!I highly recommend the company and these two ! Remember their names! RUSSELL AND JAKOREY
