J*** indeed! I will be glad to take my money elsewhere!Facts are facts.As I said, busy is one thing, being a j*** is something completely different. As you are showing your true colors in your response. And apparently your not that busy…you can respond to a factual reviewCalled to ask measurements on bags because they are not listed on the website. The rude guy/kid that answered the phone stated that he is to busy and he would get to it when he could. Also stated that they only work by text. How exactly how would I now that if I have never called or purchased from you before? Being busy is one thing, but being a j*** to potential buyers is not good business ethic. I was even referred to this place by another wholesaler and they even stated she would only work with the dad because both sons are jerks and won't help you.

Unprofessional, rude, does not answer DMs or emails even after they tell you to reach out, will scream at you over the phone if you call and ESPECIALLY if you ask a question. Unhinged management and will never buy from them again especially since they don't stand behind their products.

Buyer beware. Save your money and sanity by not buying from this company. I am a business owner who bought wholesale from them for several hundred dollars..They DO NOT send you what you order. I ordered 4 sets of brown items and received white items. When I contacted them, Salma basically told me to F off. I had only asked for replacement of the items but they wouldn’t even admit their mistake, (I had photos to prove it). There are tons of companies who sell the same stuff. Don’t shop here! The customer service is the WORST! Check out their response - that's all you need to see!

Want to say that Western Linens has great quality items and amazing customer service. I was able to reach out through social media and communicate with Abdel. He was helpful and provided the best experience to get my items by Christmas Eve. Even though I am not local to Dallas every trip I take going forward will be to swing by western linens and do some shopping for my friends, family, and myself.

We prepaid for an order in August 2022 and have not received the bedding on our $1800.+ order. Phone calls are not going through and emails are not being responded too.As of December 6 we have still not received product which we paid for in August. I understand December is a busy month, but our order was placed and paid for back in August.

I really want to give them a better rating but I've been unable to get ahold of anyone about my order. I received a backpack that is defective and I wanted to exchange it for another item. However, no one has responded by emails, messenger, anything. it's extremely upsetting to pay this much for an item and not get any sort of help from the company.

I ordered the sherpa comforter for my daughter that included pillow shams. When I received the item, the pillow shams we got were NOTHING like the ones advertised. When I contacted the company I was told they would send me the correct ones, and a return label. That was the last I heard from them despite and email from me asking how I'd be getting the labels since a day later I hadn't gotten them. Well now it's been a few weeks today and I emailed again about the return labels. I was told that the shams I was told I could get are not available. My options were to send the entire set back or have a 10% off next purchase (granted this person was very rude in emails). When I stated we were expecting replacement shams and my daughter has now been using blanket I was again rudely told then I can get a 10% off my NEXT purchase and they've given me my option. No apology for false advertising! Not to mention, I NEVER was told or given an update that the ones advertised were not actually ever available. Would NEVER order from here again!!!! Not to mention that we ordered a queen size they sent a King and it JUST fit her full sized bed. So obviously their sizes aren't appropriate. Not sure what about this company is honest.In response to your "reply" a YEAR later. I NEVER got the labels! And the terms I was offered had changed by the time anyone did get back to me. Did you even read my review? False advertising and horrible customer service!

I ordered two KING size comforters and they both were small. Maybe it would fit a twin size bed. I cannot get a return label or a call back from this company! Please beware of this business.?

The cowhides are very unique and the quality is outstanding. The owners and staff are eager to help with whatever your needs are and are very appreciative of your business. Whether it’s one cowhide or a dozen; your satisfaction is their goal. They are more than just a store they build relationships with their customers that is second to none. I would not shop anywhere else!!!

We registered yesterday for a new wholesale account, supplied the requested information, and asked a few questions about this company before proceeding with selling their products only to be insulted by a person named Abdel Kanan who insisted on attempting to call us, inferred we were not a real company in an email, and finally after pressing him, he responded to our inquiries. Unfortunately, after reading their online reviews and discovering some serious issues with poor customer service, rudeness, and lots of errors with orders, delayed shipping, or not shipping all, we have reconsidered doing business with this company. While their products look great and would complement our current product lines, customer service is a big part of a business partnership and it would appear that a lot of the positive reviews here are not real as you cannot have this many recent customer service complaints without real issues. Mr. Kanan also got an attitude when we declined doing business and explained why. He didn't even attempt to win our business so that's that. His response, "That’s fine you contacted us." Yes, I did and he answered my concerns completely. There are lots of businesses out there deserving and happy to take our business. I have added this particular company to my "FIRED" list. --Buffalo Trader Online
