What's going on. The portal was gone first and now the website is gone. I can't even pay my rent as my rent is automatic through the portal and my work hours don't match up with the office hours to provide a money order! I better not get charged the 10% late fee. Is this about RPM Living and their issues? Yes I know plenty and I can find out more being that the company I work for as inside information on all management companies.

I’ve been here for a couple months love it here! Very quiet neighbors and clean property pretty well maintained! Also Ms.Erika in the office always willing to help on different occasions!

My living experience was amazing. Zero complaints, quiet neighborhood. Customer service with all staff members were always helpful & super nice. Definitely recommend living here. Mrs. Hall is so sweet! Thank y’all so much! :)

Informed the manager of mold and rodents which has been an ongoing issue for months and nothing was actually done except for given a cheap glue trap which had zero effect. My complaints and concerns were not taken seriously. I was basically accused of lying despite of having pictures as evidence. Will not be renewing my lease. Do not recommend. They use to be good apartments.

I liked the fact that they looked very nice and the property was very clean and the person i spoke with was very polite . I am waiting too get on the waiting list . I spoke with Ms. Belinda Patt two weeks ago. She provided the best customer service .she has an ten ? rating from me. Just too give an update i finally was able to get on the waiting list on Monday September 19/ 2022. Looking forward to hearing from the management team. Until then keep up the great customer service.

I've been living at this property for several years and it is top notch! I've been in a one bedroom and soon moving into a 2 bedroom which is absolutely stunning! I work from home so I'm excited about using the 2nd bedroom as my office. Maintenance fixes things quickly, sometimes the very next day. Quiet surroundings & great location. Whenever there is noise it's very temporary. The Manager Shandra Hall & the entire staff are great with communication and friendly. Definitely the best & affordable apartments you can find in the Redbird area. Great value & quality, which is why a lot of residents stay for many years. Even if you have to get on the wait list, it's well worth the wait!

I recently moved in and it was a little challenging to get everything started but Ashley went OVER AND BEYOND to make sure everything went smoothly. Ashley made me feel welcomed from beginning to till now. She hasn't stopped checking in with me and my kids. I love it here

I called and asked for the 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was Available however the Lease agent there Said she could not least me a unit because I had a total of five people.I told her I was a single mother and she continues to deny me the right to rent the two bedroom unit. I corrected her, she then said she had misunderstood. This was on Monday. I said I would come in to fill out an application it would be hard for me because I work Monday through Friday 8 to 5. She gave me details on deposit and per application.I came in today to fill out the application and give my deposit just like she had asked. And now all of the units are least is what I got from her. At this point I'm agitated because I left work early, pulled out money to get these money orders. I had called to make sure that this unit was going to be available. Honestly from the very beginning she did not want to rent to me and prejudged me. I am very upset with the way this employee Represented this company. Upsetting, disappointed....

My experience on getting approved was great! I recently moved in a couple days ago. It literally takes about 2 weeks to know if you are approved. The apartment manager Ms. Shundra is very sweet. Her customer service is off the scale. I really enjoy moving in my new apartment. My kids love their room and i can honestly say we will be here for a while. The community is one of the most beautiful apartments i’ve ever seen or lived in. Thank you so much for everything come and check then out you will NOT be disappointed :)

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. They keep going up on rent but don’t offer any upgrades to the apartments. These apartments need a serious redecoration and plenty of upgraded appliances. Maintenance has gotten slow. There’s trash everywhere by my building. My car has been broken into 3 times in the past 3 months. UPGRADE THESE APARTMENTS!!!!

Took my mother there to inquire about an apartment home there. Even though with the current guidelines due to COVID 19, we still received excellent customer service and updates throughout the process. Before questions could be asked we already had an answer or was provided with next steps in the apply process. Thank you Mrs Shandra for all of your help!
