I brought a check from this bank and the bank manager didn't want to cash it because I didn't have an account at this bank, bad service, they should prepare more for their associates.

I just drove 40 minutes to get here. The have drive through open til pm. Teller in the window says we are closed. I know it is late but open. I say it is 12:59. She looks at her watch and says we closed at Noon. I said your website says you close at 1 in the drive through. She said it is noon (real snarky). I asked if you closed at noon, why are you in the teller booth which is separated from the building at 1pm? She said I don't know. I will ask my manager. I cannot lie... after 20 years with this bank 9 on the business side. I am going to start looking for a new institution.
The customer service across many states is so poor.

I came in to get an endorsement on a check. A stamp. Should have been in and out. I have been here nearly 30 minutes now. I am now sitting in a chair watching people who came in after me wrap up and leave. Every single person working here seems to either be new or undertrained, including the manager. He has walked back and forth between tellers but doesn’t seem to be speeding the process up at all. I was told to come here instead of another branch because “they are always properly staffed.” I don’t know how long it’s been since that person was last in this branch but that is absolutely not my experience, and from looking at other reviews, it seems clear that what I am experiencing is the norm here. I will not be back to this branch.

Wait is ALWAYS long here in lobby. Each time WELL OVER 25 MINUTES. Current visit today 34 mins and counting. ??♀️Line almost out of door, and tellers are rude as well. 0 stars is a more fitting rating. Sadly, based off reviews this has been the same for years. Avoid this location if you can. Maria is by far the worse, every time she helps someone, she tells the next person can you give me a minute. Lady we have given plenty, DO YOUR JOB ‼️‼️‼️

wish I could give them a ZERO star review but phone line is never available and customer service is non existent. Waiting time is unacceptable considering closing all accounts here!

They have ONE bank teller for a huge line, and the ONE teller decides (in the middle of a transaction) to answer the phone and have some sort of conversation away from the window for about 5 mins. How ridiculous!!!
