I came into the Monfort Tollway branch to attempt to open a savings account. I was told to go online.I then told the Teller (who was training a new person) that I don't have space on my phone for the app and that I have glaucoma. I asked do you guys have brochures on information regarding savings account rates? I was told again to go online.My debit card was torn and I needed a new one. I was told a 3rd time to go online and "there should be an app you can use with assistive technology".I then asked her when did Wells Fargo become so anti customer service? And for her name. She proudly gave me her name as if to say---> I am not going to just treat you badly, I am going to do it with pride and violate your civil rights under the ADA act.I am taking my money elsewhere. 12-20-23

Worst Wells Fargo by far. Would like corporates number to file a complaint directly. How is the commercial line going to hold you up 45 minutes? It doesn’t make any sense! I want someone to reach out to me if not I will get in touch with a higher up.

Terrible commercial drive-thru service. Waited 25 minutes behind a single car and when it came to my turn I pressed call and no one came for another 13 minutes. Not the employee's fault that this branch is choosing not to staff appropriately on a Friday afternoon

Not accepting cash deposits at the ATM. I don’t know why this branch is even open. Starting to regret switching from chase may switch back.

We had a safety deposit box and had a horrible time getting into it. The app wouldn’t let us make an appointment and the bank wouldn’t answer their phone. I walked in and showed them how frustrating it was to get a human. The tellers were rude. Horrible customer service.

They seem to only ever have the Commercial Account drive through lane open so you always have to go into the lobby.Then when you get in the lobby, there's a line of people waiting for service because there's 3 people working behind the glass but all 3 only capable of helping one person at a time. Not one each, one customer.

Commercial drive thru. They start and stop doing deposits then do other lanes deposits then come back to doing commercial again. It is not first come first serve in line. Manger say we have to wait while they start and stop deposits to do the other lanes. Its not fair.

This location always has issues. Most of the time when I go in the lobby there are 5-6 people working behind the counter and only 1 actually helping customers. Drive through is closed these days more than it's open even if the signs in the lanes show open there's no one working them. Poor service overall.
