Tried to Call Several time today, No one Picked up the phone. I drove to location to get and check endorsement , Teller said : We have only one banker and she is busy for next hour and half, I wanted her to check with a banker to see if they can quickly help us, But she said No we cant, I asked her, Can you check with the Banker. Answer was NO she is busy. I wanted t speak with the Banker myself, So i went near Her office and waited. Teller came to me after few minutes and Told me I spoke ( Phone Call ) with Banker and she is busy for next 30 minutes and she is going to lunch. I told her, WHY COULDN'T YOU DO THAT WHEN I ASKED YOU???Here is the Deal: You could Call her when I asked you at the beginning, But you didn't, Why DIDN'T you? What changed in 3 minutes that made you Call her. Every time i go to Wellspring, I tell myself that i did the right decision years ago to close my personal and business accounts. All I have left is small mortgage which that will be close soon.Well Done Management with offering your best service every time.

Visit this location @ least once a week to make commercial deposits...have never actually gone inside but always use the drive-thru...sometimes there may be a short wait but teller's are always pleasant, professional and friendly. No complaints from me!

Worst customer service! Never felt helpless, no one willing to help close an account ! They wanted to make an appointment, like opening one was not an issue . Manager needs training on how to address all ethnicities and provide the same service to everyone. People have a schedule and a life , what happen to service , banks work for us not the other way around !

Closed my accounts after banking since 1996!! Also overdraft fees on closed accounts??! Why would you let a charge get paid out on an account with 0.00 after closing without any notification and expect me to pay ??! Worst management at this location and only one is monotremes who knows what she's doing-Brittany, so sad WF!

This location is NOT open on Saturdays. Site is not updated either. This is the 2nd location on Lemmon that show they are open and both are closed.

I came in and Beny helped me with my concerns and questions. He was able to guide me and help me set up my pin. He spoke with care and was knowledgeable with what he was telling me. He answered all my questions and he was very professional as a banker. Thank you.

$7.50 fee to cash a check without an account with them. All the other Wells Fargo banks up north don't charge a fee. Only this one has to make a profit off of hard working people.

Horrible customer service ! All employees have an attitude big time , they think they doing you a favor by coming to their branch , Hispanic lady had the worst attitude, talking to me like I was nothing, came to open an business account and thank God I didn’t open it .

There was appointment made during period between 4-5 PM to wiring fund for my son's surgery. This is urgent. Aoubd 4 o'clock, there was a from from Dallas number which I think it was from the bank. I could not answer the call, because I was still at work. After work, 4:30pm, I am called the number which I have missed twice. There was automated answer which I went transfer to banker with no answers. I called bank's number and there was no person answered call. I now have arrived there 4:52 pm and the banker, African American male,, at the door. He stated that bank is closed. I have explained the reason for transfer, he told me it was busy and the bank is closed, which close at 5:00 pm. I asked manager to speak with and I have spoke with manager. Manager understands my urgency and approach with banker, who resist to have it process for tomorrow.I do not know why it is so difficult to transfer money which is urgent for my son's surgery.Hope others do not have this kind of problem.
