Stupendous Customer Service from Joana W! I was treated like royalty! We sat for 2 hours discussing everything under the sun from credit to CDs to different interest rates and banking products. What a helpful, informative, and meaningful conversation to help me make better financial choices going forward. It was so easy to connect and learn from a personable, transparent, helpful, and humble banker. She really is Premier, and Joana made me feel like Premier, too! All the one star ratings you see here are accurate as of 2023. They will in no way go out of their way to try to help you with much. If you want to order foreign currency, their policy is it will take two business days. However, if you order it on Tuesday at noon they will tell you they can't get it until sometime Friday. This is in one of the largest metroplex is in the United States. Worthless

Nice location clean overall and feels safe. The times I need something they are always super nice and helpful. Sometimes there is a wait but not too bad.

Terrible customer service. So unorganized. Went in to open a business account that they had solicited me to do. Nobody at this location has any authority to do anything other than takes deposits. They told me it would be three days to get a response. It would up being ten days. I guess they are too busy opening up fake accounts. Worthless!

I was told by a banker in this location. That they’re not required to greet nor acknowledge a customer that walks in. She was rude and not very helpful. She sounds not very helpful even before she ask my name and account number. I will never make a formal complaint but I will do this time. No wonder as of last week Wells Fargo got in trouble again big time which reflects the kind of employees they have specifically in this location. Worst!!

My account with this bank has been compromised twice now. Both times using cards that were sent to me but never arrived and had never been activated. Each time it takes at least 2 weeks for everything to get resolved. This last time is the last time, I have cancelled my account and moved to a credit union. Avoid at all costs.

I live in Frisco area, Texas and I will pass all the Wells Fargo Bank on my way, and there are many of them on my way to come to this particular location. Where do I begin? Is it the branch manager or his staff? The entire crews at this location are so nice and extremely genuine. No fake service in these people's DNA - "Nada". I am writing this review of my own accord without any emails nor letters asking me to do so. I hope this will help someone to make informed decision(s) to do business with these folks at this particular location. Good job guys, and thank you all!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
