Araceli helped me as soon as I walked in the door.I had an issue with another branch earlier in the day where I was referred to telephone customer service who then told me to go back into a branch because they couldn’t help me over the phone…Araceli listened and provided excellent customer service.Not all branches are created equal.It’s the people inside of the branches that makes all the difference in the world!Thank you for helping me!!!

Absolutely great experience with the manager Mario! He patiently helped me with my situation and was extremely nice. I wish I lived close to here that I can experience this wonderful experience more and more. I highly recommend this location if you consider to open a bank account with Wells Fargo.

Great location, fast and efficient but NO restroom for customers!!!! I had to drive across the street to Starbucks to pee while waiting to speak to a banker regarding a temporary debit card. What if I was elderly and couldn’t quickly get in my car to drive somewhere? Bathrooms are located in their “secure area.” Odd thing is that they patched me back there Before. Not consistent and NOT considerate!!! Friendly bankers however!!!
