This is my second time and Carolina attended me this time and I’m so obsessed with her service! For further on I will only go with her! I truly recommend her because she makes you feel less pain and my tolerance to pain is very low, she knows what she is doing! Her vibe is so warming and makes you feel so comfortable! For the first time my waxing wasn’t a nightmare to do! (Because Brazilians are not easy) I hope this really helps to people who want to get a professional and less painful waxing!

Had another great appointment with Celeste for a Manzilian. She makes a potentially embarrassing situation calm and relatively painless. Been getting these done for several months and the results are always great. I joined their Club Orange several months ago and it's a nice discount which is always appreciated. Can't recommend this place enough.

I like that they all train with the same method, so you know what to expect in terms of discomfort, because they are so much better than others. Other places all the serologists tend to have their own method and so some hurt a lot! For example, the length of the strips plays a role in how uncomfortable it is and Waxing the City, makes sure that they are not too long, especially for the biking areas.Also the European wax they use is much more gentle in the way it solidifies, and so again is much less uncomfortable .I’ve been going to the branch on Luther for many years and then, switched to the one by Trader Joe’s at Walnut hill, when they opened there. I recommend them highly.

Jaiden did a great job so I will certainly be back! My hair is super fine so it takes effort to get all the hair. Good products up front too. Some perfect gifts. Met the regional manager too and she was impressive.
