I have two cars with the highest membership and my car comes out as if I paid the minimum, not all the machines work, the tire machine does not work, the car wash for the rims doesn't work either, and others I wanted to cancel and they charge me to do it.

Terrible customer service, I put my ticket in the machine and they didn't give me change, I asked one of the guys and he said "NO WE DON'T GIVE CHANGE" HOW??? BECAUSE??? It's my money and I want it, I tried to go to the office and they turned me away from the "manager" I was waiting for more than 30 minutes for the "manager" and he didn't show his face to me. On other occasions the boys have not let me put the money in the machine but instead they take it to the "manager" in the office. I THINK THEY ARE STEALING, PAY ATTENTION TO THE STAFF IN CHARGE
I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS CARWASH FOR YEARS AND IT IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE, WITH THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE. AND I PUT IT IN SPANISH BECAUSE SEVERAL LATINOS GO TO THIS PLACE, BUT I WILL ALSO CALL COORPORATE TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT AND DEMAND MY MONEY BACK.
