I needed a place for storage due to my divorce. I looked into many properties. While driving I came across Watson and Taylor self storage. I figured it would be a hassle to get a unit immediately. Amelia assisted me in getting my storage unit. She was polite, understanding and professional. I immediately felt right at home. I had certain storages long before and didn't get the same service like I did here.

Very very bad service with regard to insurance. My storage unit was damaged due to Bad weather and all My mattresses were ruined. I have not had a call back this day regarding my claim. If anyone has any info. Please let me know.
Very bad service with the insurance. All my merchandise was ruined by the rain in my Storage and until today I have not received a call regarding my case. I have been a client for more than 15 years. If anyone knows who can give me more information, please let me know.
