“The reason for 5 stars is that's all that's allowed. I had an old self winding Swiss watch, with a broken crown (which I learned is the little knob that lets you set the time). I don't know the name of the young man who helped me, but he reminded me of Ted Lasso (who is nicer or a better guy than Ted?) and he was very knowledgeable about the watch and very, very talented. He took it apart and installed a new crown in no time flat while I watched. Truly, he is an artist! Don't go anywhere else!”

“I got my ring from Flora 3 years ago and I decided I wanted something a bit more simple later on. I gave them a call and they told me they were going to make sure “I had the ring of my dreams”. I found my inspo and found a diamond I wanted through them. I traded in my old ring (keep in mind I’m out of state) and this was a seamless process. “For reference, this is the first time I’ve ever felt an urge to leave a 5 star review for any business. Usually it’s out of obligation, however I’m glad to do this.Diana Zasseeva is in sales at this location. I had emailed this location asking about various Grand Seiko time pieces. She texted me with pictures of the ones I had an interest in, and showed me comparable watches that matched the dimensions of the watch I was wanting to buy, but wasn’t going to be released for a few months. I came in, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient (I’m from Oklahoma and she had to wait a while for me to come in). I make the payment and was very pleased.Fast forward to 3-4 months later when the watch is supposed to be released, I call in the first week of June to get an idea of when it will be released. I did not expect for her to remember me, but she remember me quite vividly, and even recalled the time we met and all the watches we looked at. That is incredibly impressive. Car salesman don’t have that kind of capability. Diana is top tier and I highly recommend new business coming to her.”

“Mirka is fantastic! I liked a sand blast finish ring at the store but it was too big. But I needed the ring within a week, so special ordering was out of the question. Mirka took the initiative to go talk to a jeweler in the mall and worked out the resizing of the ring with them to be able to meet my deadline. She could have taken the easier route and just told me sorry it’s not possible. But instead, she took the time to find a solution for me. Thank you very much Mirka…you’re awesome!”
