Checked in 30 minutes prior to appt time. Walked to office checked in at kiosk. Pulled around back got loaded in under 15 minutes. Walked back to office scanned loading sheet at kiosk and got my BOLsEasy in easy out!

The lady at the front desk receiving paper work was so rude!!! She should definitely be more friendly it is not our fault she hates her job or let someone else do the job that would appreciate it!!!!!

The place was quick had two 2 guys loading my trailer at the same time both were very nice. Got me in and out of there less than 20min.

Checked in and was 2 hours late they were still very nice and went ahead and got me loaded. It was fast and easy loading got me on my way just how I like it.

I pick up quite a few loads here. For the most part your in and out in less than a hour and a half depending on the time you show up...best time is probably a couple hours after they open.

I gave one because it would not let me give zero stars. If you want to be treated as less than a human then come to this place. Called delivery, and they didn’t answer the phone. Showed up and told me I had to make an appointment online to unload that was 4 days in advance. Wish this place would shut down.

Picked up here. Once you pull in and up to the stop sign you’ll have to walk back to the office and check in via the kiosk, took me about 2 hours total to get in and out

staff her is very very rude. the lady in the office treats truckers with absolutely no respect and treated me like I m not human. booked an appointment but they still unloaded me next day. very lazy staff. manage definitely needs to be replaced.I m never taking a load for this place.truckers stay away from this place if u like to be treated like human
