My in store shopping experiences here are average at best. It’s Walmart so the expectation is already low. But I will no longer do pickup orders here. I usually end up waiting an extremely long time (20 minutes or more!!!) and I cancel the order out of frustration. Even during off-peak times, with only two other cars in the pickup lot there’s a ridiculous wait. Why does this happen? I haven’t experienced this when I do curbside pickup at other stores. When there’s a slight delay (5-7 minutes) at Target I get a message acknowledging and apologizing for the delay and reassurance that my order will be sent out soon. Walmart just leaves their customers hanging.

The manager at this location answered once of the surveys I took reading the store. I am beyond impressed that he took such a personal approach and addressed any concerns I had. Honestly, it gave me more faith in mankind.

Don't go here. High theft area so they lock up items. If you don't get items at the back of the store because you have more shopping to do you have to get a lock box. It's not worth it. It's not worth it. I will never go back here. Ever.

I was waiting for an associate for a long time just for open the cabinet in order to buy a toothbrush and nobody was able to help me, even though I went to request help to the a person by the entrance and he told me he was to send someone and NOBODY could help me. Poor service.
