Associate in the brown shirt is very disrespectful. He monitors self checkout, big brown skin guy. I had no issues checking out but upon walking to the register he puts his pointer finger up at me motioning me to pause - that is highly disrespectful and rude. He did not say one word to me and proceeds to speak to other associates, my assumption is that the associate thought someone was stealing something and needed the register. Nevertheless, motioning to a customer as to give them the finger to pause and not speaking to the customer is very rude. I proceeded to go to customer service to speak to a manager, comes to find out he appears as if he’s the manager on duty… as he came to assist other customers at the services desk. Will not be returning to this Walmart as they do not know customer service.

Went in here during the day and there were several staff members standing around doing nothing, but only self-checkout was available. There were a few people with full carts who clearly did not want to do self-checkout but the staff did not appear to care/want to open a register. Self-checkout should never be the only option, especially when the store is that busy.

went in to get some things i needed and found everything, then the checkout went smoothly and didn’t have to wait long at all
10/10 would recommend!!

I came to this Walmart 5 minutes before they were closing. I really needed an iPhone charger, I am 3 hours away from home… I walked inside and told the woman I just need an iPhone charger. She told me, “We don’t sell iPhone chargers here.” I looked at her funny because what kind of Walmart does not sell iPhone chargers. I never heard of that before??? Then her colleague is agreeing with her and tells me, “Yeah, we never have it here.” They told me I can go ahead and try to look for an iPhone charger.
Girl!!! GET SOME TRAINING AND DONT LIE TO ME! I went and looked in the self check-out line and there it was… MANY IPHONE CHARGERS.
Then what’s so crazy!! I went to scan my item and the person before me didn’t even pay for their transaction. The customer tried to do the Scan & Go, which didn’t work. So basically Walmart got robbed just like that & there are employees standing around ??♀️ LOL!
Walmart please do better. Y’all be safe out here.

I placed an online order to prepare my dinner and the driver never arrived and said he tried to leave the order but he didn't leave anything the gps location marked him to be 15 min away when he attemted to leave order. They should hire more responsible drivers.

No one comes when you hit the button in the makeup/nail aisle. Every time I shop here I have to hit the button repeatedly as it says “push button for assistance” for someone to come open the glass doors. No one comes. Each time i have to go hunt down an employee who is just standing there at the front of the store. This time i asked an employee what the point of the button was if no one comes to help and she said “oh they see it, they just don’t care. my managers are lazy.” And, well, that checks out.

Good produce and big selection of snacks/boxed goods HOWEVER … the staff had the most prejudice woman I have ever met. the self checkout wouldn’t recognize a barcode. She came over. I said Hi - no response . I said how’s your night going - she deliberately looked away. I said thanks for helping - she walked away. I thought maybe she was having a bad night, but she seemed perfectly fine talking to another customer who had her same skin color. Sad that people are still like this.

A woman on a mobility scooter called me the N-word because I accidentally bumped into her. I’m not angry (because I’m white) I’m just sad my grandma would say such a thing.
