Unquestionably the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with in my many years on this planet. Mark is a kind and intelligent man who actually cares. I am not much of a writer. If I was I would write paragraphs. Suffice it to say that from top to bottom, in other words from Mark to the person who cleaned my car, they are awesome. Great price and helped with insurance and rental car, etc. And the quality of the work was fantastic. If you have to use Walker Auto Body, it probably means you have a problem. Believe me when I tell you, dealing with Mark and his wonderful staff will lessen that problem for sure.

Got my car back a week ago drove my car home everything was fine until i got up the next morning for work in my battery was dead all of a sudden…I replaced it…but what really bothered me is the fact that I have things missing out of my car that I had kept in my arm rest..it’s funny because in replace of what was taken they left an dirty gray rag, which is not mine never had it in my car until I got my car back from the shop. Whoever was snooping around left, it took down inside my armrest. It’s really aggravating to leave your belongings in other people hands that you trusted just to have some thing missing or stolen from you. God sits high and look low. I haven't met the owner yet; however, the women who work at the front desk need a serious attitude adjustment. I mean you are the first to be seen when a customer walks in needing assistance with their car or answering the phone. I wish I could give this shop 0 stars for that reason alone. If you don't like your job, find another one but don't take it out on customers. I simply had a question and the woman was rude to me for no reason. If anyone uses their services, by all means talk directly to the mechanics if you can. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere. I will not be going back! Customer service is everything to me and those attitudes are very off-putting!
