If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience here is absolutely horrible. They treated me like I was the problem, even though my Dr. called the prescription in TWICE, and they “couldn’t find it” in the system. They did nothing to remedy to situation, and actually had ME call my Dr. when it should have been done on my behalf. Furthermore, the pharmacy tech told me under her breath to “sit down” as opposed to standing with my arms crossed, I guess she would rather ignore my discomfort than deal with it properly. I am currently sitting here in pain, with a terrible infection that could become deadly if not treated immediately with antibiotics. They do not care about your well-being, you are just another customer that they have to deal with. This whole experience has soiled my taste for Walgreens. Thanks.

Ashley and Jeff are the perfect examples of poor customer service. They hate their jobs and it shows on their face. Sour faces!! I bothered them by just coming into the store.

My prescription is always late and my insurance is never correctly applied. I have to call multiple times each time they refill to get everything in order. This time they told me they didn’t have it despite me calling multiple times to confirm and checking the app. After 10 minutes she found my prescription in the system but they lost the actual meds and couldn’t find them. These are meds with bad withdrawal symptoms so I would not recommend depending on this pharmacy if you have a time sensitive medication because they will let you down again and again

How can people get their prescriptions when the pharmacy is closed? Seriously? 6:00pm and closed Sundays. Please do something
Only one or 2 people there actually know what they’re doing. One can’t even speak properly or say my name correctly.

This is the worst pharmacy. This is my second trip to pick up a prescription and was told last time it was ready but was too early. Today they told me that there are no more refills. Not sure why they like to waste people time. Zero customer service. Not the only prescription that this happened with. Don't think I've been here without issue Don't even deserve one star

Don’t waste your time! The pharmacy is an actual joke, the employees are laughable and incredibly rude. Even though my doctor sent my prescription TWICE they still would not refill it. We will NEVER conduct business here again.

Have had to use this pharmacy due to insurance for last 3 years. They have never answered a phone call. Not once. We have had times where we needed to speak with a live person to figure out prescription issues that needed timely attention. Am switching to another Walgreens hoping it's just this location.

This Walgreens on Walnut Hill Lane has TERRIBLE customer service in their pharmacy dept. not only are they rude and abrupt at the drive through window but for example I called 2x and was on hold for 28 and then 30 mins- both times Walgreens hung up on me without a conversation! What a waste if time. Don’t go here!!!

Horribly operated and managed pharmacy. You would think a Walgreens pharmacy in Lake Highlands would at least be average. I cringe each month when I have to get my refills. If you use this pharmacy, you have to stay on top of them by calling to make sure your script gets filled. The text and automated calling system does not work here.

The pharmacy has poor customer service. There is no reason that a customer should be on hold for 20 minutes or longer to speak to a representative. They pick up and place you on hold immediately. This is ridiculous or they pick up and hang up

Would give 0 stars if possible. Was told prescription was out, but would be filled the next day. Not filled the next day, was told they would call me when it was in. Seven days, no call, but I received a text saying it was on back order and they would notify me when it was available. I attempted to call the store, but was placed on hold automatically. After 15 minutes I was disconnected by their system. Called again, spent 45 minutes on hold, disconnected again. Called and asked for store manager, after 5 minutes on hold, someone answered, I said I had been on continual hold and she just transferred me to the pharmacy, where I was placed on hold. I drove to the pharmacy, stood in line for 10 minutes and watched the FIVE people behind the counter who not once answered the phone, even though it was continously ringing. When I was finally waited on, I was told my prescription had been ready for 5 days. I asked to talk to the pharmacy manager, but he was not in. Asked for his number, they gave me his card with the main store number. Asked for a area supervisor's number and they wrote down 2 numbers, 1 turned out to be the state hotline to complain about a specific pharmacist, the other was the number to their insurance verification system. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
