Checked for appointment online for Covid vaccine and there were lots of available times at this location. Chose time, completed all paperwork online, drove the 8 miles in HEAVY rain. Waited in line. THEN was told "we don't have any Covid vaccine". No explanation as to why they were taking appointments without vaccine. Referred us to a location 20 minutes away but said we would have to wait til that location closed for lunch and reopened! Drove to CVS - in and out in 10 minutes.

Horrible experience. They said they would fill my meds, but 5 days later even after speaking to my doc office they decided they weren't "comfortable" filling them. So they cancelled my pain meds, but filled my other 2 scripts twice on the same day. Now I'm getting constant reminders for those. Apparently what they're comfortable doing has nothing to do with the patient's actual health. Most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever dealt with, and the Tech, Sara is an idiot.

Just terrible. Would put zero stars if i could. Very shortstaffed, poor management and customer service skills. Never coming here again!

There were 2 people attending the whole place at a very busy time and they were nice but it was a terrible experience! It took me more than 45 min to get my service!

Good service, the pharmacist did explain things well, no major problems I experienced so far. Yehh it’s true that the prescription sometimes isn’t ready when you get there, but which Walgreens or CVS or other pharmacies in the state that don’t have this kind of issue loll

The pharmacy here has been very patient, helpful, and kind. Some associates remember me by name and extend a smile, a hello, and a hug or two. I’m so thankful my neighborhood Walgreens is a pleasant place to shop.

TERRIBLE. I am very very sick and went there to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic and nose spray. They would not give me my prescription because they were closing for lunch in 20 minutes. Unbelievable.

Antibiotic script placed at 10:30 AM. Still not ready at 7:45. Was told it would be “handed off to another and filled.” 35 min later I ask how much longer. “We are still working on it,” more questioning, “ well it is in the locked area and I do t have the code aD I’m the only tech here.” I will never go here again. This my third time aD it is always a horrible experience. And no drive through.

Frequently out of the prescription drug(s) that you need, and you have to wait days if not weeks for them to get the drug. They have high turn-over rate of employees, employees frequently do not know what they are doing, and they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

I stopped by to get my COVID booster and flu shot and as busy as they were, they were able to take care of me in a timely manner. Nicole was great! So professional and kind. 10/10 highly recommend.

Main pharmacist on duty today, Adam Lewis, did not have good customer service skills—spoke to me in a very condescending voice when i questioned my continued 60 minute wait on a pre-scheduled flu shot (i had arrived early but was told by other staff that wasn’t a problem and I didn’t have to wait until the scheduled time). I watched several people come in after me and leave before me, and I watched the shot-giver tend to the register instead of giving my shot. Adam then made a point to loudly tell his staff the order in which to serve customers, continually moving me further down the line. He told me I was next then called a different patient instead. If i had been told the wait might be a hour, I would have certainly rescheduled and not had myself and my daughter waiting in a pharmacy waiting area for an HOUR! I finally gave up and asked them to cancel my order so I could leave. Some kind fellow patients saw what was happening and allowed me to get my shot and leave….after 65 minutes in store. Super frustrating and I have no intention of doing business at this location ever again.
