I was on hold by the pharmacy only to be picked up and placed on hold repeatedly. Do your job and answer the phone.

The pharmacy will not answer phone! Every 5 minutes they pickup say “please hold” and won’t speak with you. Waited 45 minutes before I gave up

Pharmacy is terrible, rude techs and pharmacists. They have no patience for elderly people. I just witnessed the pharmacist talking down to older man. They need to have the state board come in and do a review of this place.

George, the cashier tonight, is easily the coolest and most interesting Walgreens cashier who has ever helped me. In the minute or two I was up there we talked about everything from Willy Wonka to Pink Floyd and everything in between. I wished I could have stayed longer although I was in a hurry and someone was making it to the checkout line. But you rock, George! Thanks for keeping it real ?

I would love no stars is possible! Terrible customer service over the phone with pharmacy. Endless loop of the. Picking phone up & hanging it back up without even speaking. Avoid this place at all cost

Bad service, I have been going for 2 days, today
They told me that my medication would be available at 5pm and I had to stand in line for 20 minutes only for them to tell me that the medication is not ready and that I have to wait an hour. We all have things to do. If they say an hour, they must comply. To say the least, the woman who helped me spoke to me with a terrible attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. Put you on eternal hold. Then older blonde pharmacist is terribly rude and needs to retire. She clearly hates her job. They are constantly out of medications. And do not and will not give you an idea when your medication might be in. Do not use them if you can help it. Or choose another location.

Went in to print passport photos. Sat at the self-serve machine, but it requires an employee to input a password in order to print passport photos... not anything else, just passport photos. Got an employee to put in the code, and successfully formatted the first photo and added it to my cart. When I went to do the second photo, I could not find a single employee anywhere in the store. Got up, walked around, went back to the machine, walked around some more. No one. Anywhere. Good thing I'm not the shoplifting type... or am I?

Very friendly and helpful staff. I love coming to this Walgreens. Awesome employees, especially the young man Frankie, and the managers Drew and Darius. They rock!!

This is the worst location I have ever used! When trying to call I was on hold and repeatedly someone picked up the line and just put me back on hold without saying anything...for an hour!. When picking up an rx I was told 15 mins, waited an hour, finally asked for someone to check on it, they pulled it and stated to staff that mine was ready, waiting another half an hour standing at the counter for someone to grab it for me. They had about 5-7 people at least working at the time.

Jaculyn (the pharmacist) denied me a vaccine because she said the pharmacy closes in 45 minutes and verbatim "had more important things to do." I asked if it takes a long time to get the vaccine l, she said no. Guess she just didn't want to do it. Went to CVS nextdoor and they were happy to assist me. Took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Go to CVS next door.
