The Lead Pharmacist uses the water filtration systems that is used to mix powder medication as her own personal fountain. So there is cross contamination as people who are sick, elderly, and children are ingesting her back wash.

If I could give this poor excuse for a pharmacy a zero I would. I never write reviews because most of the time things go well and small hiccups happen but we are all human. Not this time! After my urgent care visit I received a call from Walgreens telling me it would be 30 minutes for my Xofluza medication to be ready, I said fine. I get to Walgreens, wait in the parking lot, and get in the drive thru line. When I pull up they claim they only have a steroid pack and no flu medication. I tell them there must be some mistake because someone from their office called me and mentioned the medication by name.Instead of working to try and solve the issue she just began arguing with me that they don’t have it and I would need to call the urgent care place back and have them resend it, after I already waited nearly 30 minutes in the lot because I thought they were filling it! Not only that they make me get out of line and rejoin the line and have me call the urgent care facility. I call and they said they would call the pharmacy again and resend it which they did and so now they are finally filling my medication.Once its ready she tells me the total and i place my credit card in the push out bin and she reaches for it and takes it. after a few more minutes they come back to the window and ask how i want to pay. I said you have my credit card and she proceeds to argue with me about it for I don't even know how long and had the audacity to tell me "maybe that's what you saw". This went on until finally they made me give them another form of payment and kept stating they did not have my credit card. I drove off so upset and called my wife. She pulls our bank account info up and guess what! They charged my credit card not once but TWICE on top of my debit card! So there's irrefutable proof they had my card!As I write this review they are supposedly pulling receipts. i cannot express how awful, unprofessional, and honestly incompetent is this pharmacy!!! Now I am going to have to cancel my card and protest the credit card charges. Do NOT give this place your business under any circumstance!!!!!

They don’t give customers the coupons. They keep them for themselves. At least it was my experience.

Rush over to get an antibiotic after work and the gate is closing at 5:58pm as you’re walking up. What was even better was having three people staring at you at 6:02pm with all the registers closed as you’re asking for solutions to get the medication. I get wanting to go home but those choices directly affect people.Just go to Matida. Done with this location. Called and pharmacist had it ready even though they were super busy. My medication was ready as I was walking into the store and had it by 6:20pm. Mockingbird is busy but went above and beyond to making it quick.

My provider put my medication in at the beginning of Nov. 6th. I called the pharmacy on Nov. 8th. The medication was out of stock and they did not know when it will be back in. So i waited. The week of Thanksgiving, I get a call that my medication is ready. On Black Friday, I go pick up my medication and I am told that it has been more than a week and they put my medication back. How? You guys called me on Tuesday and now it’s Friday. It hasn’t even three days since you called. I will not have my medication filled here anymore. I hate CVS doesn’t take my insurance!

The pharmacy here is terrible. They somehow changed my phone number in their system so I stopped getting text message alerts, even when I called into the system they said that were no prescriptions ready when there were, when I finally got a personal on the phone they hung up on me twice, and then when I had to go in person to get anybody to help me with my prescription, they also charge me for the prescription that is and has always been covered by my insurance. Last month they also filled the prescription late. The staff isn't rude, but they seem totally clueless.

Have been trying to call for 45 minutes about a message they left me on a delayed prescription. I'm on hold for 5-10 min and then the line disconnects. Lovely.

Website says pharmacy is open until 9 thru drive thru, but tried to pick up prescriptions and window was closed at 8:50pm. Really frustrating after working all day and get out to pick up meds, but store doesn't honor hours posted. Can't say I'm surprised-typical service today

There's this one worker at this walgreens who wears glasses and a mask. This one time i needed help getting something from the locked window i asked for help and she was telling me how she hated her job and she doesn't get paid enough for this. I completely ignored her because it is not my business to ask about that. After she unlocked the thing she took the item that i asked for and i told her if i could have it and she said no that i could get it at the register then after getting a few more stuff i went to the register and she forgot to give me my item that i specifically asked for and u wonder why u don't get paid enough she always his this lazy rude attitude and i come there less now because of how her customer service is !! .

Back in Dec 2022, Jo from Beauty had helped me last minute to get my skin cleared and healthy again. I had an allergic reaction the week before my wedding and she gave me every help and advice she can and it healed up 2 days before my big day!I know this is long over due but thank you so much and I hope she is doing well!
