Calling this pharmacy is a joke ! I live 1 1/2 blocks it would be quicker to go to store but then you have to wait for them to wait on drive thru pickup to get a simple questioned answered. I called this location this morning at 8:15 just after they opened. Waited 45 min and the call disconnected. Currently on hold again. During the 1st call the recording announced the number of calls ahead of me ( it was a total of 2 ). 45 min for 2 calls is just unacceptable and then disconnect. It is truly a shame that as consumers we are left to no other choice. I used CVS for a long time but service was the same.
Update to the above, after another 45 min on hold I did just as i mentioned in the above and went to the location while on hold. When I arrived the pharmacy was closed and you could hear the line ringing. It wa explained that the staff was there but had to catch up on RX orders from the day before due to power outage. A simple out going message on the phone could have explained to consumers so they did not continue to waste there time. They open the pharmacy while I was there. mind you this was after 9:30 AM and the posted hour for the pharmacy is opening at 8:00.

When visiting Walgreens, the employees was so nice to help me find the things that I need when I got to the cashier. He was so nice on helping me check out and get out the store. All employees spoke as I entered. I feel very welcome when visiting Walgreens store.

I was over charged for a prescription, the pharmacist tried very hard to help correct the problem but the store manager, who wouldn't even come out to talk to me, wouldn't work with the pharmacist. I will continue to pick up prescriptions from Walgreens because of insurance but will look somewhere else to by other products.

I left a bad review because they lost my prescription. I went to fill my medication and they said they would notify me when it was ready to pick up. Days passed and they never called me, I had to call and ask about my medicine and they said that they did not have any record of my information or my medicine, that possibly I was in the wrong location. Terrible service.

I'm in Walgreens looking at the phone charging cords when one of those heavy locks fell on my foot. I'm yelling in pain but nobody came. I asked for the manager who took 3-4 minutes to get to me. I asked him to write an incident report. He said he would. He left and never came back. I waited more than 5 minutes in pain. Finally, I left but the clerk asked if I wanted the items I had selected. I told her I wouldn't pay for anything at a store that does not honor me.

My mom had an urgent prescription need post hospitalization and the pharmacist Paul went above and beyond to help her fill her scripts. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We were very grateful for him today. Thanks!!!

I much prefer Walgreens over CVS! Much more affordable and I always check my app and update the store I'm going to... I've gotten a few Sally Hansen nail Gel Miracle step one nail polishes which are a good $10-$12... latest one was at Cityplace Uptown for $1.50 for a 90s orange & at MLK store 2 pink colors so pretty for $3ish each. Was gonna get a ladies face remover on sale for $10 from $26, but wasn't available or couldn't find it. I did get a USB fan that's great for $4!!! Love Walgreens and also can upload cash onto my Chime card FREE!!!

I don’t know why the ratings are so low at this location! I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The staff is always super nice and the store is always clean! Keep up the good work, guys!

After several months of my mothers medication not being ready when it should be, and being gaslighted by staff with excuses that turn out to be wrong, I have to change my review of the pharmacy from five stars to three.
Very sweet and helpful staff in the pharmacy and at the register in the store today.

The guy at the cash registrar was non chalent. He keyed into the registrar where it denied my debit cards. Which I knew what amts that was on thereI said clear your registrar he looked surprised and did clear it I said Iwants to try again from the expression on his face I said I'll okay cashWalAn individual behind said really? And placed their items on the shelf behind usI said there's must be something wrong with your machine Asked him to clear it he said it frozen
