Store was closed before 10 pm . Hostile enviroment and very rude people. At least put a note up stating store was closing earlier .People are trying to get medication and wasting our time outside in the dark. We arrive at 9:20 pm and waited for 15 minutes. I saw manager was talking with someone just passing time. I guess walgreens pays for people to talk and pass the time . At the very least communicate with the community hey due to stealing we be closing store earlier we understand. However, at the very least let us know why instead of ignoring people outside waiting .I already reported this incident to corporate not that anything will change but at the very least other people will know not to come no later that 9 pm

As someone who's worked in pharmacy since 2005 , this pharmacy lacks professionalism and empathy!
Their system allowed for Covid/Flu testing appointment and when I got there on time the tech said " I don't know why it let you schedule that if we don't have any ,but I have some for sale" All while she was looking at her computer and didn't bother to look up to acknowledge me. When I explained that this sucked because I am pregnant and need to get tested for the flu as I had already done an at home covid test and it was Negative. She said " Go to your doctor" .
If they'd do them ,why would I be trying to get it done at a Walgreens?
She "apologized" in a condescending way while staring at me with a "are u done?" face. The worst part is the Pharmacist was there behind her listening to everything and didn't even acknowledge the issue or jumped in at all.
Sad that their employees have miserable jobs and working conditions that they forget that empathy and service is key for patients when it comes to Healthcare

Do not get your medication prescribed here. They will charge you even though your insurance covers the medication. They will also tell you your medication is ready then when you arrive make you wait 30-1 hour to pick it up. I’m reaching out to corporate because they will just walk away from the window and will have an attitude as if you are in the wrong.

I only stopped in this location expecting the usual Walgreens stop for essentials but was very turned off after requesting any assistance. One of the front doors locked up almost like everything else in the store. Disgusting attitudes, experience and atmosphere. I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. People working in the pharmacy are incredibly lazy and slow, they shouldn’t be working in customer service

ALYSSA in the pharmacy was tremendous!! Her customer service was beyond amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription!! I wish a lot more people had her customer service skills!! Thank you Alyssa you deserve recognition!!

Honestly deserves zero stars….. How are you a pharmacy but never have prescriptions ready?! My doctor sent in my medication in the morning. I went to pick my medicine up after work at 4:30 p.m. and was told it wasn’t ready. When I asked if there was a reason why the lady said she doesn’t know. She also said it would take 45 minutes before it could be ready. After all this time?! Yall had all afternoon and it’s not ready?! This is crazy. You don’t play with people’s medications like this! I’ll be spending my money at CVS. Obviously the pharmacist at this location are incompetent, do not know how to do their job, cannot communicate properly to customers and literally couldn’t care less about people’s health.

Walgreens customer service in the pharmacy drive thru is the worst! I waited 25 minutes when only 3 cars were ahead of me. I'm so tired of them letting people wait on filling prescriptions and taking forever. Plus, they seemed understaffed. They need to tell people not to come in drive thru if your meds aren't already filled. Really unsatisfactory.

The last time I visited this location, had an incident with a very rude employee who got personal and had to talk to the manager about it in store. While speaking to said manager, that unruly employee continued insulting me, rolling her eyes, making loud noises, and even mocking the way I spoke. All of that while behind the manager who stood witness to all of this. She even told me to go elsewhere which I'm happy to oblige if Walgreens refuses to do something about this person. CVS across the street being nicer.

This location deserves 0 stars. Neka Johnson (manager) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She has not one ounce of customer service skills. Walgreens has no standards when it comes to hiring employees. Avoid this location if possible!!! They usually have only 1 line open and the other employees will watch the long line of customers and not make any attempt to assist. This location needs to be closed! They also never have the sale items in stock. Poor management all around! Go across the street to CVS!!! Totally different atmosphere. They are professional and helpful. Neka Johnson does not need to work with people at all, let alone be a manager. Truly disappointing.
