Today is 6/9/24 6:44 pm whom ever the manager is on duty 6707 w northwest hwy needs to be fired. I just heard him disrespect his employee ( a young lady whom I have had as a cashier numerous times .. most pleasant lady in this Walgreens.. , very professional respectful and amazing with customers) this male manager manner was distasteful and absolutely unacceptable… verbally disrespectful and belittling this young lady he’s lucky I was just shocked in my shoes.. I would have decked him! If Walgreens accepts this as management I will never go again

Call in, finally ring through to someone in the store, wait on hold 5 minutes then the staff hangs up without saying anything.

We've been patrons of this pharmacy for over 15 years and have loved it. However, in the last 3 or so months, something has drastically changed. They are refilling my medications and billing my insurance even though I'm not requesting them (and, no, they are not on auto-refill), and they call me at least 1-2 a week to tell me, "We will no longer be able to provide one of your medications." They leave this message and won't tell me what the medication is. Every time I call back, the person who answers looks at the system and tells me everything is okay and they don't know why I got that message. Every Week. Every Time. A few days later I receive the same message directly from this store asking me to return their call immediately due to a problem with my medications. Today, I asked her not to hang up until she had asked every other technician if they had made the call and she simply put me on hold and left me. I don't know if ownership, management, or what has suddenly changed, but, this is not the Walgreens we've loved for so many years.

Terrible customer service. Rude personnel . Phone wait times are very long and often you are cut off. This is the worst drugstore - it needs a total overhaul.

ZERO STARS!!!! The WORST DAMN PHARMACY EVER!!!! Please do not use this location. They are always slow to fill medication. They don’t know how to properly fill medication. This is a TRASH store because of the pharmacy. This is NOT my first complaint on this pharmacy to the store manage. They do NOTHING!!!! The. WORST PHARMACY!!!!! Do. Not. Use. And too dang expensive. Walmart beats their pricing EVERY SINGLE TIME. THEY pharmacy staff ARE ALWAYS RUDE & ALWAYS have AN an attitude!!!

I’d rather get punched in the face than try to get a prescription here. Two weeks of trying to get a Rx filled. The pharmacist at the new Walgreens I transferred to because I could no longer handle the disaster of this pharmacy even called me because he thought it was first time I’ve had this medication. I have taken it for over 5 years. Show up to get it & of course they don’t have it & cannot even find the request. So we start again. Then Christmas comes & I am out of town. They message that the doctor needs to issue refill. Why I have no idea since pharmacist literally called me to go over the medication over a week before! Doctor does, but apparently it gets sent to this Walgreens. I go to new Walgreens & they say this one has it & it is ready. Wait in line at this one & what a surprise they don’t have it ready. Tomorrow it will be time to hit deductible again & the price will be almost $900. Bravo. I think best bet is to avoid all Walgreens. To be fair, this is a corporate issue. Walgreens & CVS refuse to staff appropriately & lecture their staff every week that they need to make more vaccine sales. It’s ? corporate greed, but it is really getting tiresome for the consumer & their poor employees.

They dont pick up the phone, once you get through queue they just pick up and put you back on hold every couple minutes. Probably gamifying their own monitoring systems to avoid getting corporate pissed at them for not doing what they're supposed to? Annoying.

I was going to make this longer but this Pharmacy is not worth it. All I can say is this is undoubtedly the worst Pharmacy on the planet. Uncaring, completely incompetent staff. You are in danger if you use this Pharmacy.

Avoid this place at all costs. This pharmacy is scamming its customers and probably skimming money off Rx transactions. Today is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I just picked up a monthly refill of a medication I’ve been taking for years. The generic version has also been available for years. Without telling me the price first, the pharmacy tech ran through a charge of $350 for the refill when it is usually $10. I asked about it and she said they were “out” of the generic so they filled it with the brand name (without telling me), and that my insurance wouldn’t pay for the brand name. So, my choice was to pay the $350 or go without the medication until my doctor’s office opens the Monday after Thanksgiving. I’m sure this Walgreens will conveniently get a shipment of the generic brand later today, assuming they don’t already have it, which they probably do. The pharmacists are lying and stealing from customers on behalf of their employer.

How do you fail so hard at giving patients their medication? I was prescribed three medications for an ear infection my primary physician and one of those meds was an optional pain medication, which was the only medication I received. I did not receive the important medication that was the whole point of me trying to treat an ear infection!

If zero stars was possible that is what I would give this pharmacy. Customer service is the worst of all time. If you call in you can be on hold for 30+ minutes and they continue to pick-up then put you right back on hold. Many times they just hang-up on you with no regard for the customers needing questions answered related to critical medication.

My whole family uses this Pharmacy. It is pretty busy, but i have always found them to be helpful. Today I had to call about a prescription, my wait on the phone was approximately 2-3 minutes and then the pharmacy technician was polite and helpful and we got my question answered and my prescription filled.I don't know how to reconcile the other negative reviews. My experience has always been positive.

This is the worst pharmacy location. i work for a doctors office and i am always on hold for 20 minutes or longer. how do they stay in business with no costumer service.
