This is. Dumpster fire.Don’t come between the hours of 6 and 8 pm. They have a bunch of unorganized teenagers running the show. I spent 40 min waiting in line to get my meds.Where is the Walgreens management?? Read your reviews.

Twice now the pharmacy has given me the wrong dosage of one of my medications. Luckily I caught it. Please check your prescriptions for accuracy from this walgreens!

Worst customer services! The pharmacy area is like a kids play ground. They don't acknowledge you even when you are the only customer in line. You can see and hear most of the staff joking and laughing very loud. Nothing wrong for having fun at a work place as long your customers are being taking care of.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions today. Barry, the pharmacy manager, accused me of switching pills in a prescription they shipped to me while I was out of the country. I have one medication I need a specific manufacturer, noted in their system for over a year. When they filled it, they filled with wrong mfg and ordered the correct one. He claims he filled it himself when they arrived and it was correct. What I received was not what he says he filled. The pills inside and the label that matches them is not the correct mfg. This is the 2nd time this has happened here so I'm not sure what's going on inside that pharmacy where their system doesn't match what I receive, but it's suspect. I was reassured by 2 separate techs that it was the correct mfg prior to them sending via Fedex. It wasn't. Instead of looking into what happened between him "filling correctly" and it going into a FedEx envelope to me, he accused me of switching pills and told me to transfer my prescriptions. He would not fix their error, told me he'd refund my $, and I can fill it elsewhere. I was stunned. He wouldn't allow me to have a copy of any of the paperwork or photograph the bottle of incorrect mfg pills he kept. As a pharmacy manager, his customer service is deplorable. Now I will have to fight with my insurance company to fill the script again because he only refunded me, he didn't correct anything in the system. What a terrible experience here! Apparently I have the capability of creating my own pharmacy labels, per Barry.

Thank you for having a wonderful person such as Denonia (sp?) As a cashier. She is fast, kind and patient. I hate shopping but checking out was actually a pleasure.

I’d agree with a lot of the reviews. I’ve had some pretty good experiences with the pharmacy techs, but Pharmacist Jessica aka the only Jessica there( because she didn’t want to provide her full name) is rude. Fix your tone when speaking with customers.

I have never been to a walgreens pharmacy as poorly managed. Refills saying they're ready for pickup when they aren't, staff not saying they're putting you on hold only to put you on hold for 15 minutes and a random person pickup and completely restart the conversation, 30 minute wait to pickup a script when one person is in front of you, etc. I've used walgreens for as long as I remember, but I'm done. my experience with this pharmacy has been the tipping point.

I have been attempting to resolve a routine issue with the pharmacy at this location for a week. I've spoken with three different individuals, been given "non-answers," put on "hold" for 28 minutes; essentially, been given the "run-around" for an issue/question that is time-sensitive. The customer service at this pharmacy is abysmal/non-existent. Of course, maybe the fact that Walgreen's handed conwoman Elizabeth Holmes $140 MILLION DOLLARS might account for their decline as a business.

My favorite Walgreens! I love it because the pharmacy is open 24 hours. I can't predict my schedule, but I know they are always open and ready to help. No one here has ever been rude like other Walgreens and they always help to the best of their ability. Thanks Walgreens!

I hate to give 1 star review but pharmacist hung up on me mid sentence when I asked to clarify something (a prescription mistake they made). Staff is probably spread very thin :(

I guess it's not a surprise to see other negative reviews of the customer service. I've had some bad experiences, but with one particular Indvidual it goes beyond discomfort. A young Asian gentleman with glasses, likely in his early 30's/late 20's has given me so much naked hostility every time I went to get my prescriptions that I felt borderline unsafe. Not to mention he would often mumble his response in a barely audible manner when I would ask questions about my prescription. Thus this did not convey any issues with my prescriptions, and it would be followed up by a stare that made me feel unsafe. Normally I wouldn't want to go out of my way to express this about my experience, but the management of this company should really be aware of this so this person can get the possible mental health help they might need, and no one else has to feel this level of hostility.

If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. The worst, most disgusting, disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. It started with the person on the phone audibly groaning as soon as I asked to pick up my prescription there, then him claiming that I didn’t exist in the system. I confirmed my name and date of birth several times and even asked if someone could help him and he said “nope, can’t find you, that’s the best I can do” rudely… Walgreens is the only pharmacy I use so I calmly said “okay I’ll handle it” and placed the pickup through the automated phone service. I called back to confirm that it was there and he said “yeah yeah” and literally hung up. When I got there they charged me a $30 copay (I have never had a copay ever) and only gave me one pack of my medication (it usually comes with 3). When I tried to ask and understand why he just stared at me. I needed my medicine so I just bought it and moved on before I got really mad. He was over it so he slammed my card and medicine in the tray and turned and walked away. I’m still shocked by how this location has not faced measures at the corporate level for their incompetence and disrespect. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
