Scheduled a Covid/Flu rapid test then drive in the snow to find out they were closed. Turns out it’s the flu and also turns out the trip to the ER to find out cost me $500.
Scheduling the appointment shouldn’t have been an option if you were going to be closed.

I’ve never been denied the use of public restroom, manager said it needs to be cleaned, I can’t use it… well you would think if that’s the problem he would clean it.

This walgreens location is dangerous and low grade. It could have been a decent store and in a decent area,, however; when the OWNER of walgreens is NOT willing to pay for proper, good, security services,,, then this is the RESULT of BAD, MANAGEMENT 💯.

The photo department is a mess. Don’t rely on the one hour processing. I have had to call several hours later for them to process the pictures. The guy in charged yesterday sent me to another Walgreens to process my pictures because he has no idea when they will get print paper. He was very lazy. I also had spoken to them about my pictures and I was told they had printed them. Luckily I looked at them before I paid. He tried to give me a stack of cartoons inside the photo envelope. Terrible service!!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such a rude pharmacist. I called with a question about a prescription after the Walgreens app told me there was a hold on one of my medications. I was on hold on the phone for 15+ minutes and when the pharmacist came on, she immediately had a terrible attitude, SCREAMING at me saying the prescription was ready - when I said ok, she cut me off saying “IM NOT DONE”. Maybe don’t be in customer facing jobs with that kind of attitude? It’s a shame because the other workers are pretty nice but this pharmacist needs to grow up.

Horrible service for prescriptions. Called just before 4 and was told my prescription would be ready in 1-1.5 hours from then. Arrived a little over 1.5 hours later, waited in line for 10 minutes and was told they didn’t have my prescription ready and it would be another 10 minutes. It didn’t even save me money compared to switching from CVS which was out of network with my insurance to this in network pharmacy. Dont get your prescriptions here

Great location! They have a big parking lot and the shelves are fully stocked! The staff is knowledgeable and polite!

I informed the management of the store, a woman, about the dirty lady's restroom and she laughed. With that, I said, "I've said my peice, thank you. Good bye." I was compelled to get. off of the phone with her right away because I felt anger rising up. I don't need to lose it on anybody this holy time of year.

Very bad experience at the place. We booked covid shot and went on time for our appointments. The lady at pharmacy told us that they are out of stock. I asked them why they didn't convey it earlier. She was not even responding properly after that.

I stopped to pick up meds but not in the system. so I asked if I can buy a kid’s mucinex and if she could ring it up while I’m already at the drive through window after waited for 12mins in-line she told me I’ll have to come inside. I would normally but my two year old is sleeping in the back..

5 Stars for the Pharmacy staff who are personable, amenable and effective. Navigated what I needed with efficiency on the phone and in person. This trip was a one off and so glad I did. Hats off to Yolanda and the Pharmacist.
