Im sorry to those who have had a bad experience with the pharmacy but i think the pharmacy here is the best customer service i have ever had...the actual pharmacists are so very nice to me..i moved all of my med scripts to here...This is the best customer service i have ever had. Thank

Showed up at 11:45pm as I had an emergency... store was closed early.. Levon/lefon/ whatever her name is (manager on duty) said there was nothing she could do as all registers were closed.. cause they were pulled way before their due time ... yet your closing signs says 12... she seemed very proud, great management WalgreensMight as well fix those store hours labels outside to 11:30 closing time

Overall customer service is terrible ! Over the phone and in person. Will not have prescriptions ready on time. Will tell you to come back and the prescription is not ready. Unprofessional overall.

Fui a esta tienda a comprar icy hot y pregunte donde esta el baño y me disen que esta cercado por que lo cierran a las 6:30 pero la tienda la cierran a las 9:00 porque cierran el baño primero y no me lo quisieron prestar

I wish I could give 0 stars. They never get my prescription correct or on time. There is never anyone in the store. It's just really horrible.

My old pharmacy, just to buy my meds from here 8 years ago, My last time was one time when I whent to pick up my pre-natal vitamins, I was pregnant back then and when I was on my way home I opened the bag and opened the box and saw that I was missing one full sheet plus 3 or 4 more pills from the other sheet, I when back and told then, the lady on the window told the manager and I told him what happened, he didn't seen a nice person he didn't say anything to me he just listened and then told the lady to give me two pills and I was missing too many 13 or 14 can't remember exactly but yes one sheet of 10 and the others from the second sheet so I left very upset and mad because I felt discriminated he didn't apologize or anything he probably told the ladies that I probably hide it and try to get more pills for free so very unprofessional people was working there back then because I don't think they still there and I told my husband that there was a pregnant woman working there and probably she was the one stealing pre-natal vitamins for her and then given these to customers so I never when back there I always try to check my medications before I leave but sometimes I don't remember and sometimes there's a big line waiting behind me, and yes I felt embarrassed to check infront of the window but if you check after you leave and then your missing some of your stuff that you paid for than they may say that you hide it so it's better to be shy or embarrassed than to ended up paying Doble.

Can upper manager please tell this single minded salty cashier Walgreens isn't the only store I'm the metroplex ? Asked me for passport to get theraflu guess I looked to foreign to him. Screw you and your dumb earrings little guy.

I went to buy body wash and I was using a paper coupon of the website of the body wash and the coupon clearly says " no more than 2 identical coupons for same product in the same day " . The lady said we can't use it because it had the same numbers . They didn't take the coupon but yet I've been to other Walgreens and didn't have any complications with the coupon. They lost my service and never going back.

Went to drop script offSpecifically asked if it was in stock was told yesWaiting for 40 mins just to ask how it was going and then they said it was out of stock and won’t be there until A later date.Very unprofessionalAll of this after telling me to have a seat they will have it ready in 15 min

Waited 25 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the pharmacy phone line, there was not one response. It's Ridiculous, not even a, "I'm sorry, can you please hold.. nothing." Unprofessional, even in the busiest of times, the best customer service places answer briefly to let them know there is someone there.

Waited 30+ minutes in line, then they said prescription would be out in 40 minutes, I waited over an hour. Total time spent 2 hours. For 1 prescription. Cvs is way faster
