Worse customer service I've ever dealt with. And don't try calling, they will not greet you, just put you on hold and will just eventually hang up on you. Happened to me several times.

I went with my daughter to buy her medicine because she had a bad stomach and she had an urge to go to the bathroom because she had diarrhea and I wanted to put her in the bathroom. It was 7:30 pm and the girl said no. that the bathroom was already closed and I insisted that my girl was the one who wanted to enter and she refused. How are they going to do that in a pharmacy where you go for medicine? My daughter couldn't stand it and she did it right outside the bathroom, I'M NEVER GOING BACK.

Cashier Vanessa is very rude. I did try to assist her on her customer service skills. After inconvenicing me and a line full or other customers she flipped her hair said "yeah whatever". Not how customers should be treated. Now thinking about it I am in here a lot and most of them do not speak to you, not welcoming at all. They clearly only need the money the job has to offer they do not enjoy what they do.

talk about rude the pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional and he really needs to be addressed.if i could they would not get one single star . and complaining to the manager is simply a joke he shows no interest what so ever, it is totally sad.

WARNING-FLAT TIRE SCAM HERE Do not go to this store. They will cut your tires. It is a flat tire scam. I went in for one item, and they took the valve off of the tire.

There was a child running through the store coughing badly. I asked the lady at checkout if it was her child. The clerk interrupted and told the lady, "She wants to know if that is your child". I was about to ask the question in Spanish when the clerk yelled, "Why." Again, I was trying to explain to the clerk that the child was coughing but then realized that she was not helping customers but interfering in my conversation with another customer. She yelled, "This is a public place you can catch anything in here I might have something you never know." She never allowed me to say anything instead choosing to yell over me even when I was talking to the manager about her not doing her job (by this time the clerk was so involved in our talk that she was not helping anyone and the line had grown). That clerk never stopped talking, embarrassing me with her rude and loud manner. All she had to do was stay out of a conversation that was not directed toward her in the first place. I will drive out of my way to find what I want at another drug store.
