I can't speak on all the staff here, but there was a very nice lady at the photo counter who helped me with my FedEx package. I think her name tag said Lily. I was having difficulties and she went out of her way to help me get my package shipped. She was awesome and I appreciate her positive demeanor.

This location has really been disappointing in the last year in a half. The trash around their location is horrible and this is where you go to pick up medicine it should be more sanitize the ouside is filthy nasty. The pharmacy has become just a nightmare. I will no longer support this location.

This place shouldn't even be given 1 star. Why is Alex given a pharmacy position with direct contact with customers and lacks people skills. She literally got sassy with me going back and forth on a prescription. Who talks to people like that while representing a company. People are leaving doctors appt needing prescription and are more than likely in pain and have to face a person like her. I really could not believe the way she led the conversation yesterday. I was super shocked. Would never recommend if thats the type of customer care that will be provided.

My Walgreen is located at the corner of Polk and Camp Wisdom. The staff there is one of the best. They greet you when entering the store. They are always very cordial. The manger there is the best.
