This pharmacy is ludicrously understaffed, insanely slow, and most of the people who work here outside the attending have no clue what they’re doing. This place has gone downhill fast - highly recommend going elsewhere for your medication needs.

Great experience! The pharmacists were friendly and helpful and my appointment was right on time. The store was tidy and they greeted me upon arriving in the store as well.

This pharmacy does not even deserve one star. They are terrible, slow and not helpful. Every interaction with every single pharmacy employee has been the worst. Each instance, the service and communication just goes further down hill, and I have had multiple interactions because they cannot do their job right. I only switched to Walgreens when I changed insurance providers, and they have yet to fill one prescription correctly or timely.

I have called 3 times to speak to the pharmacy. Each time they pick up the phone and put it right back on hold. This is the WORST service I have ever had. It gets worse every month.

I switched all of our prescriptions here from the CVS across the street, which has terrible hours and lackluster service. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy here, including a better conversation with a male pharmacist about a medical issue for a family member than we had with the physician treating them. Each time I pick up, they stop by for a consultation and have time to speak if you need to. All in all, very pleased with our experiences here.

I've never written a yelp review about a pharmacy but they are that bad. They just hung up on me for the third time after I waited on hold for nearly a dozen minutes. If you are that busy, you are making enough money to have someone answer the phone; especially when my prescription is being held by a narrative on their app requesting me to call in. Screw these devil worshipers. Argggghhhh

I can only speak to the pharmacy but they're about the worst I've experienced in Dallas. Somehow the drive thru lane is consistently a 20+ minute ordeal even if there are only a couple cars in line and they'll randomly refuse to fill prescriptions submitted by your doctor even though they filled them in the past. If you're bored and need something to eat up all that spare time in your day then Walgreens might be what you're looking for, otherwise do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

I usually order any photo prints through the Walgreens app and never have any problems. Usually there are coupons available on there too! The prints are ready when promised and great quality! About a month ago I tried ordering through CVS and it was a disaster, so I'm sticking with Walgreens for my photo print needs. Inside the envelope, I truly can " find smiles inside"!! I have also been trying to replenish my daily multivitamins and we really love the Walgreens brand. I've been buying them for many many years. Hubby can't swallow big honking pills and most vitamins are huge! Sadly, I don't think Walgreens makes or sells them anymore. I've looked online and it seems that other customers are also looking for them too. If any Yelpers find some daily multivitamins that are small in size, please let me know!

I have three prescriptions for chronic health issues. When my former pharmacy quit taking my insurance I, as needed, transferred two of the prescriptions over to this Walgreens. Those two I had no issues, they were able to fill both within two hours of me calling them. But then it came time to fill my Metformin prescription. I called them Thursday March 2 around 930 a.m. At about 1030, they sent me a text informing me it would be available 1130 am. I failed to see that they also said March 3. So, needless to say it wasn't available when I went there at 1130 am March 2. Then they told me if I would wait they could fill it in one hour. We were leaving town for the weekend so I told them I would get it when I came back Sunday (today). But when I returned shortly after 5 p.m. today they still had not filled it, and are now claiming it will be 2 pm tomorrow before they can do so. And after going half dose for the past three days, I am now down to my last metformin pill. I'll take it tomorrow but if I find out they still haven't filled it I am afraid my relationship with Walgreens Pharmacy will be short lived. I am already thinking of transferring all three prescriptions to a CVS even closer to my house. It's just my husband has used this Walgreens for a while with no problem. So far. But when I came back

Apparent staffing issues have led to the decline of this pharmacy. It ran much more smoothly when I first started using them about 3-4 years ago. There are a couple of folks without a clue how to handle basic pharm operations and have developed an attitude. Others are experienced and do their best to help but are clearly stressed and work hectically. Worst of all, at least 5 times in the last year I have pulled up to find it closed due to no pharmacist being on staff for the day. Incredibly unreliable... look elsewhere unless you have extreme patience.

Poor customer service. Apathetic attitude. Could not possibly be any less helpful. Finding another pharmacy after numerous poor experiences at Walgreen’s and CVS.

Love my Walgreens location coit & belt line The people are very nice and the pharmacy staff is very helpful. They need more help on the front end side

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is the worst run pharmacy in the State of Texas. Inaccurate, inefficient, unhelpful. Find a different pharmacy. Drive 15 miles out of your way if you have to.
