??? warning!!! The cashier black young guy is not scanning the items to other black people I just saw it. I saw a black man passing another brunette's items without scanning them and he realized that I saw him and he became stupid, he got nervous and acted busy and no longer attended to me, those people are robbing Walgreens those black people are robbing Walgreens they are not scanning the items to their people, I just saw that

Came here for the COVID vaccine shot. Called before hand was informed no appointment required just walk in. Everything was smooth and the Pharmacy staff was very friendly. A++++

The professionalism of the non pharmacist staff is still non-existent. Simple question over the phone should not be parked to ring around the store. One star is for the non-pharmacy staff who was gracious \\u0026 professional to explain the reason the phone rang to herself. Will kp my business to TOM THUMB, WALMART ON PARK \\u0026 CVS for convenience. Would choose Walgreens though over their hateful neighbors Krogers RX.? They have gone straight down hill since 2011. Hire hateful combative staff. Well Pharmacist Manager sets the tone. The tone over there is horrid.

I went to get a TDap shot. Arrived at 12:50pm. The pharmacy tech refused to help me because they had a scheduled break at 1:30pm. I was literally the only person in sight. Went to CVS down the street, got helped immediately even though they too had a scheduled break at 1:30pm...

Super convenient and the patrons, including myself, can be show. Pharmacy is AMAZING especially the main Pharmacist. They are always busy and kind.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT! Or whichever mean older Indian man closes the store. One of the rudest most miserable managers I have ever met. Let me start by saying I am a loyal customer to this store and by loyal I mean a DAILY customer and have probably spent thousands here over the past few years. I called to tell them I would be one minute late and could they please please close the doors just ONE minute late so I could run in and use their atm. (My card only works at this atm for some reason) ...it was if I asked for their first born child. Because the answer I got was a lot of yelling that meant NO. i asked him to please be kind and it was just one minute and I was almost there. NO WE ARE CLOSING. i know but it's just one minute please I'm begging you I'll be fast! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I SAID WE CLOSED I DONT CARE .... (A few minutes of this) then mid sentence he hangs up on me I call back and get through the automated system again and when he hears my voice he hangs up again. I arrive at 12:01 and he has locked the doors. I knock and tell him I was just on the phone and could he unlock so I could use the atm. More yelling and hair flailing and him telling me to go somewhere else. Sir my card doesn't work anywhere else and I only have enough to take out the 20 I can't afford the ATM fees from any other place anyways. IDONTCARE. WE. ARE. CLOSED. I SAID GO SOMEWHWRE ELSE! i just called to tell you I was almost here you really couldn't wait LITERALLY 60 seconds? I don't want to be a Karen but I spend quite a lot of money here... I DONT CARE! *violently shooing me away* I SAID WERE CLOSED WE CLOSE AT 12! This man really could not wait one freaking minute after I politely asked and even called ahead to beg to wait one minute. This would not be a problem for 99% of people who have even a speckle of decency, kindness, and understanding for others, but for some reason it was just the biggest deal. HOW DARE I ASK! I understand people want to go home after their shifts, I do too, we all want to go home. But never have I treated someone this way, and if someone called to tell me they were going to be just 30 seconds in and out and would be a minute late, that would not be an issue!! I would have gladly let them. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The way he was yelling at me you would've thought I asked to throw him off a building. Is it really so hard to be kind to someone who spends a lot of their money at your location? By the time he was done yelling at me I could've been in and out and out of the parking lot. It took everything in me to keep calm and walk away. This man should not be managing anything with that attitude. He was a grumpy rude older Indian guy. Who yells at customers like that? He needs to GO!

I was a walk-in for the Pfizer vaccine. They were super professional and courteous and quick, from start to finish including to 10 minute observation after the vaccine U was done in under 25 minutes. The lady at the perfume counter was also really nice when I checked out with a few purchases. Normally this particular Walgreens service leaves much to be desired but this visit was awesome! Kudos Walgreens!

The customer service in this pharmacy is absolutely atrocious!! Thru this pandemic I have given tons of grace and understanding knowing that not everything is in their control. However, their customer service and attitude are definitely in their control! Including the pharmacist, Jon, who insinuated I was not telling the truth while we were speaking over the phone about their discrepancy in my sons prescription refill.s After going up their to show him the evidence of their discrepancy...I pulled all of our families prescriptions out of Walgreens on Midway. They might be closer to my house, but definitely NOT convenient!

Customer service is dead. Showed up at 6:01pm in the drive thru to get some fairly critical meds and they refused service because they close at 6. Told me to go to a 24hr pharmacy when the meds were literally feet away from me. Once upon a time businesses cared about their customers - more and more they don't. Walgreens won't even give this review the time of day - they simply do not care. Total garbage.
