This location has a great pharmacist but ALL the people working the counter or drive though are unprofessional, disinterested and rude. Try calling them to get help...what a joke. They leave you on hold and then pick you up to say "please hold" and then they pick up and hang up. It's ludicrous and as of this afternoon, I am moving ALL my prescriptions.

Joshua was exceptionally helpful and patient this afternoon as I used and fumbled the new-and-unfamiliar-to-me customer keypad/card reader. I really appreciated the smooth kindness and efficient support.

Terrible location. They can’t print FEDEX labels because they forgot their password, even if I have a QR code. Never coming back, no wonder these places are going out of business.

5 stars for Kylie very sweet and friendly young lady at the front register. Went in the morning and she greeted you as you walk in and asks if you need any help if you're looking at the locked cases. Made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I ordered a same-day canvas on Aug. 30th- yet I don't get an email that it's ready until Sept. 3. When I go to pick it up on Sept. 8, I wait 30 minutes at the counter while 3 people look for my order, but nobody can find it. Then they tell me they can't help me and can't reprint it because they don't have that canvas size... Unacceptable.

Closes 30 min early than says. Don't trust their hours or their staff. Last time I checked a company run by a corporation should be open it's posted hours.

Customer service was great, I was greeted when I walked in. When I asked for a receipt for a online order, they gave it to me. They had everything in stock that I needed. My son took some pics for me.

This Walgreens is not bad, I just go in there just to buy chips and soda but bro there is one dude at checkout that’s always in a bad mood. God forbid you ask him how his day is going. He’s not a bad guy or anything it’s just every time I ask him I always regret it lol. I don’t think I ever heard him say anything positive. One day it’ll be the weather, next day the lights are to bright then his feet hurt. My favorite one is when he couldn’t decide what to eat. Next time y’all go just stay quiet like you don’t know English.

Been everywhere looking for Children's Tylenol. Asked the pharmacy to see if another location had it in stock.The person in the pharmacy was very helpful and tried to search but because it isn't a prescription medication couldn't get anything. She recommended I ask the person working the front. The lady upfront with the red hair gave me a blank stare and seemed frustrated that I asked her then asked a man that was on the floor to do itHe stated he didn't have a Zebra which I take to be the machine she pointed out to him to grab and check. I just walked out at that point because I was already annoyed with her lack of customer service

The lab corp lady is horrible and l will be following through with more steps in seeing that proper management is notified. The lady that was there yesterday tried to refuse doing my blood work at 4:45p when it clearly states they're open til 5p. I arrived as soon as l could with catheter attached and everything just to be met with complete rudeness. She was on her cellphone on a personal call and kept whining and complaining about how she normally doesn't even open "her" door after 4:30 and how "we" should notify the doctors of this and how she was being inconvenienced so on and so forth. Some people are blatant nasty for no reason and these kinds don't belong anywhere near customer service.

The worst pharmacy I’ve been too. I was lied too and there was no effort to do there job. This was my first time at this Walgreens pharmacy and I will never go back to this Walgreens again. I’ve used other Walgreens before and had no problems until I came to this one.

Since then, four of the six or so employees who are not helping any customers have walked past the window and haven't said anything.Damn, I really thought someone would notice me by the time I finished. Hell with it, guess I'll go inside. Oops, made eye contact with one, she promptly looked away though! Ok now I'll go inside.

The person who brought out came out to bring my item for pick up didn't walk over to the parking spots designated for pick up. She scanned without seeing, even when I was yelling and waving. I ran into the store and she said she had gone over to the parking spaces even though I had witnessed that she didn't. No apology, no acknowledgment of missing me sitting in the "blue Toyota hatchback" designated on the website drop down menus I completed. Why do a curbside pickup and have designated parking spots when your people don't participate?

I love Walgreena Pharmacy. I've been going to this store for 16 years. My only complaint is that in those 16 years, I rarely catch any cosmetic, or soap or skin care sales. They are always out if stock even if I go on the day the sale starts. I have questioned, but am.not accusing if the staff buys it out before the customers. I mean 16 years of going during the week during the day and I never catch sale items? Mmm
