One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Me and my friend stopped by to get some gum before we headed out to the bars down the street. There was this man from Venezuela with a foreign ID who wanted to buy some alcohol but they kept denying it because it wasn’t an American ID. Since when was that a law?! My friend jumped in and tried to explain them that he’s old enough because it had his date of birth on it. This very ghetto black lady walks around the corner as she’s leaving the store yells at us and says we have an attitude and we need to leave when she was the one that had and very bad one. All we were trying to do is help the man when they were being unfair because it was a foreign ID. Long story short, she kept yelling at us and being ghetto and following us out the store as we paid for our things and kept trying to flight us in the parking lot. She ran up to me and tried to fight me. Yes, a grown lady acts this especially towards customers is disgusting! It just shows to you how pure garbage she is. This other black man worked there kept instigating the whole thing and taking her side. No surprise there! She ends up throwing her orange Fanta in the air as we walked out of the store and got it on my friends jacket. What happened to good customer service?! Both will be reported to their manager and hopefully fired asap! All of this because of doing the right thing by helping others. I would give this store ZERO stars if I could.

This older man with glasses on the night shift... The state he's in is very off putting. Seems like he is taking a little something extra to get him through the late shift...

Being that this location is closest to my house, I frequent it. The service is very bad though. Customers of a certain ethnicity are greeted and asked to input their phone numbers, while I am neither greeted or asked to put in my phone number. I accidentally inputted the wrong number so I had to go back in after I realized my mistake because I did not want to hold up the line. When I came back in, I told Logan, the cashier that I inputted the wrong number. So I proceed to checkout and when the transaction is done I say thank you, and get no response. I said again thank you. I should not have to feel like I am inconveniencing someone when I am trying to do my household shopping. Ugh trash energy I hope that he is not here if I come back to this location.

Doctor called in prescription yesterday. Didn't have it. Was told to come back tomorrow after 11:00 AM. Came back at noon. Didn't have it ready. Went to lunch. Came back. I am still sitting here while the pharmacist gives out vaccines. I also watched the staff and pharmacist chat it up in the back while a line formed. Poor customer service. Not enough staff. I'll go to Kroger next time.

I put my refill request in Sunday night and it is Wednesday and my refill has not been processed. I go to pick it up because obviously it should be ready, right? NOT! This was my first time going through the drive-through the line was long, and when I get to the window.Coy who had a fake friendliness until he went to the back and noticed my prescription had not been filled yet. Coy stories to tell me in a nasty rude way that my prescription is not feel and why did I come to pick it up if I haven't received notification that it had been filled. I told him that it's been almost 3 days it should be and this is the third time that this has happened. The last two times I went to pick it up. They told me that it was at a warehouse and they do not transfer the prescription until the person comes to pick it up. When I wasn't going for that, I asked for the pharmacist. Coy proceeded to tell me I needed to tell Walgreens that they need to her more help and it's short staff, which is 0% not my problem. Coy also told me that I can go to a different Walgreen'. Aliyha the pharmacist who came to the window looking unbothered that my prescription was not filled told me that it's not filled yet come back when it is. I then told Cou to give me the corporate phone number and walked off.Then Coy had the nerves to tell me when I called to complaint to let corporate know that they need to hire more help they are short staffed. Sir that sounds like a y'all problem. I called corporate and talk to Tiffany a customer service rep who says she's been having problems with her not being able to hear the customers that call in to complain. Geez ...You know what go fill your prescriptions with Walmart, CVS, even the hospital before going here! I will be putting a complaint in with Texas Medical Board

Very clean. The family clinic is an awesome addition! Very good customer service every time. Great price cuts. Especially on Tuesdays: senior discount day!

The pharmacy has the RUDEST woman working there with no customer service skills at all. I never write bad reviews of businesses but I had to for the experience I just had. Woman at the drive through said my medication would be ready in a couple minutes and to swing back around (there were multiple other cats in the drive through,) so that’s exactly what I did. I “swung back around” and got behind the people already in line. Once I came to the front of the line she looked me up and down, rolled her eyes and say in the most unprofessional voice “It’s going to be a few minutes, it’s not done yet. You’re going to have to come back.” Again- it’s all about tone. She was so rude, and I felt it was uncalled for. I’ve decided to switch my prescriptions somewhere else because I do not want to have any more interactions with this unpleasant woman. I was even trying to be nice and apologized multiple times for having incorrect insurance information. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THEY HIRE NICER STAFF!!!

This pharmacy has the most rudest, unprofessional workers. Actually having customer service is small requirement when it comes to techs, this pharmacy is extremely lacking in that department. Coming from another pharmacy technician, it’s embarrassing and unpleasant. And no one is ever at the drive thru, they need to close this location down, it’s ridiculous

This pharmacy is a disaster of an establishment. To say it is non-functioning is a understatement. Save your time by driving to a pharmacy an hour away, you are more likely to get your prescription amd get home before this Walgreens even picks up the phone. Disappointing for the corporation as a whole and the staff who allows this.

It's unfortunate that Walgreens has the lowest prices for prescriptions, because this location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have, on more than one occasion, waited either in the drive thru line, or inside the store for over 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. I have also consistently had to wait on hold for 20 minutes, then had my call disconnected and had to call back several more times to speak with a human. Their automated refill service does not work correctly, and they are not even able to deliver prescriptions same day (but will happily charge $8 and refuse to refund it.). The staff is rude, and don't seem to care that their delays in filling prescriptions could kill someone. Stay far away.

I waited in line here just for the cashier to tell me, "oh sorry, the card reader is down. It wasn't working for the last customer either. There's an ATM right there." I looked at him and said, "okay, then let's try the other register." The cashier looked at me like I was nuts, and did not try the other register. Not sure if he's just rude, doesn't give a s*** or was stoned, but one of the three.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any pharmacy in the country. It is impossible to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I have called 5 times over the past 3 days to get a prescription refilled. Each time I call there is a voice recorded message that asked for my prescription number. I type in the prescription number and the automated system tells me the name of the medication and that someone will help me shortly. Thereafter, music starts playing and the recorded voice repeats again that someone will be with me shortly. Then there is more music and after a couple of minutes the phone begins ringing and ringing and ringing. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody answers. Each of the 5 calls lasted around 15 minutes. A total waste of time. AVOID this store and Walgreens in general.
