Takes literal DAYS for them to fill a prescription. They don't answer the phones. And don't care if you need your prescriptions. NEVER coming here again. Terrible service.

Probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy in DFW. They move at a snails pace. I was fourth in line and it took over 35 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already ready. There is an older lady that works the register, and no only is she very scattered, but I could hear her talking about personal stuff in the back with her coworker while all of us were waiting. This is the third time it's been like this. Do better, please. I'm very understanding, but this is over the top in lack of efficiency.

This location has terrible customer service. There is never anyone working in the photo lab and every single time it has taken over 20 mins to get help.

shout out to Ms Lori who assisted me with getting a foundation and concealer match today. she was so helpful and informative about all skin colors and pigments ! never thought I'd get that kind of makeup knowledge in Walgreens. crazy right?! she needs to be working at Mac somewhere. her makeup application was flawless as well!

Zero stars really applies to the pharmacy here, what a joke. I've wasted about 2 hours of my life calling, being placed on hold, and actually laughed at over the phone, all while having records and app screenshots explaining the issue--completely inept.

RUN FAR FROM THIS LOCATION. I ignored the other reviews and have suffered the consequences. They constantly put my prescriptions back/cancel them without notice. Auto Refills don't refill automatically. I got a text Thursday saying that I had 5 days to pick up or they'll cancel it. Today is Monday (4 days) and they cancelled it this morning. In speaking with the operations manager, I learned I had 14 days to pick up my meds. It has been 12 days including the original fill date (20th-31st). She still defended the pharmacy saying they had 14 days and today was day 14. She also said that texts have been going out in error and i should have known that when the text said 5 days it really means 3.

NOT open 24/7, despite what the website and phone system say. Show up at midnight to get stuff for sick kiddos and you're out of luck.

This location is the worst. They're horrible. Not only do they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions but they are difficult to reach on the phone and the drive through is pretty much worthless. You have no hope of picking up your prescription in a reasonable amount of time. Today I found out that this location is "temporarily closed" for some unknown reason. I have two prescriptions waiting to be filled. Did they contact me to let me know about the store closing? Nope! Not one word. No phone call. No email. No text message. NOTHING. I will NEVER go to another Walgreens again.... not for prescriptions... not for cold medicine... not for a damn stick of gum! NEVER. They have zero concern for their customers' time and they don't give a damn about how much inconvenience they cause. Steer clear of this location and you should probably steer clear of Walgreens altogether.

DO NOT SEND YOUR RXs TO THIS WALGREENS. This location has to be the training ground for the worst pharmacists/pharm techs on planet earth. It's not an isolated incident. It's EVERY TIME. There's always something going wrong. A monkey with a keyboard could operate this location more efficiently. Go there and ask anyone in line how horrible this location is. Also, just read the reviews. They are all true. STAY AWAY.

This location is fine for buying basics like vitamins or cosmetics but their photo and pharmacy departments are I'll-managed and display a total lack of training. I've waited multiple times in line for the pharmacy for more than 40 mins to get already filled prescriptions. I ordered two prints from the photo department and one came out completely crooked with a roughly 1.5 in border that I didn't ask for. When I called the store about the issue the associate let me know they couldn't reprint for me the same day due to low staffing and to come in the next day. When I did a slim, white male with brown hair told me it would be pointless to reprint it because the same issue would happen. He told me the printer needed to be serviced by a tech and didn't know if any plans to get it fixed. So either the associate on the phone lied or the associate in the store couldn't be bothered to reprint the item. Only reason for two stars instead of one is because the cashiers have always been kind and courteous.

It used to be reasonably OK but in the last year or so it's gone downhill. Poor service, bad communications and wrong prescriptions. They appear to have plenty of people working but no one appears to give a damn. Their "new" central location for prescriptions appears to negate the need to have trained people onsite in stores. These folks are just shelf stockers. Go somewhere else if u can.

Literally, the worst pharmacy around. I dread having to get a prescription here. They are slow. No sense of urgency. Unreliable. I never write reviews but want to save someone the pain of going here.

I've been a diabetic for 10 years now so I have had my fair share of bad pharmacies/incompetent workers, but does the location and staff take the cake by a mile. I really do not want to go into details right now, but the short and stocky African American in particular SHOULD NEVER be allowed to work at a pharmacy behind a counter, he must have forged his bachelors because geez is it hard to even talk to the guy, much less ask him questions about medicine, cost of items, waiting times, etc. the whole store follows suite, but I feel I had to call him our in particular. Will be changing to anywhere but Walgreens after this final straw. **editing this review two days later to make note that almost every single person behind the counter should be fired. I legitimately think my 5 year old dog could do a better job of running this place:)

Pharmacy is the worst. I do not have insurance, there's a discount card on my profile, but because the medication did not qualify for the discount they did not fill the prescription.Mind you, the discount had it been approved, would have been $1.00 The pharmacist decided to not fill the prescription because of $1.00 I wanted in line for over 30 min and now I have to wait an additional 20 to 30 min
