We've lived here for about 5 months now and have had a wonderful experience so far. The application and move in process were smooth and Johnny, Rosie, & Shy were all very friendly, professional, and thorough. This location is great and we love being so close to downtown Dallas near lots of things to explore and do in the city.

I am currently looking for a new apartment in the area and saw these as I was driving by. Stopped in and the lady sitting in the office was able to help me, I think her name was Rosey. I was able to also meet the manager sitting in the other office but I dont remember his name. Rosey was able to tell me what they had coming up soon for move ins but they did not have what I was looking for. I do hope they have something coming soon because they are in the location I am wanting.

Just moved in wasn't sure how it would go, been same place for years but I am honestly so glad I did choose this place!!! So far it's been great and love it here !!! Staff is super awesome and very helpful thru this process!! Also they threw a party for Halloween for the residents and it was something that we really liked! ( my son won costume of the night lol) but I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. So glad I made this choice with the Vue... Proud to call this my new home ❤️❤️

I’ve lived at Vue Live Oak for a year now, and have nothing but amazing things to say about the community and team!!!1st off got an AMAZING Deal on a super spacious 2 bedroom that’s been everything I could have asked for!The location is amazing- just minutes from everything really and even walkable to some areas.Johnny and his whole team has helped me out tremendously in several different occasions and I’m so grateful to them.They’re so thoughtful and understanding.As a locator and resident, I HIGHLY recommend This community!

Hands down the best apartment complex I've ever stayed in. The staff is extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I absolutely love my apartment. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I am BEYOND satisfied with my move. Johnny and his staff are AWESOME! Keep up the great work guys.

Why I chose Vue at Live Oak:1. Incredibly kind and personable staff. Tipton put a good team at this property. The manager, the leasing professional, and the assistant manager are wonderful. Marlene, the assistant manager, is a delight. She has the personality of somebody you could have a beer with. The Property Manager, while often busy, is always working hard. He inspects the community and holds a strict standard. I’m impressed. Sierra is lovely and such a help to new residents. She’s always quick to answer questions and she holds fast to her word. If she says “I’ll call you back,” she is prompt.2. The maintenance here is awesome. The technician clearly knows the in’s and out’s of this property. My husband and I joke that he’s the “real boss” in the community. He says hello, knows you by name, and cares about the quality of the community. He will be quick to warn you about the policies, but that is refreshing. I’m glad to see he cares because that means the standards are being upheld.3. The amenities here, while seemingly bare bones, are well-thought out. I love the package pickup lockers. The dry cleaning lockers are a terrific convenience for busy people. The pool is always well-kept and looking picturesque.4. The location is the big prize of this community. You’re but a short drive to uptown and downtown. You’re also minutes from pretty much any grocery franchise you patronize.5. You’re bordered by neighborhoods and a seminary which makes the atmosphere quiet - relative to higher traffic areas.6. The parking garage is secure and below ground. I appreciate getting into my car and the temperature being manageable versus the suffocating heat of direct sunlight.In terms of renting, which can be a headache unto itself, this property is professional, well managed, and a real steal for the area.

I toured these apartments today with Ciara!! She was welcoming from the time I came until I left. And I have to say these apartments are even more beautiful in person. The granite countertops in these apartments are beautiful. The apartments have a European feel today. Between every building there is a court yard. The parking garage is below ground which will definitely help the cars stay cool in the summer heat. The area around the property is nice and neighborhood is not to slow and not too busy...just the right mix. Also security wise the apartment is gated all around the perimeter, its very secure and resident friendly. I really enjoyed talking to Ciara; she provided a detail overview of the community that was easy to understand. I would have definitely leased here. The apartment in my price range was spacious but I have a lot of furniture and I don't want to get rid of the furniture just to have buy it again in the future nor pay for storage. Ciara did let me know about the apartments with more space coming available but I needed something sooner. She recommended another Vue community and I appreciated it!! Although I never lived here I felt a home even just touring the property due to how beautiful the grounds & apartment are and how friendly & professional the staff are.

***Updated Review****I initially left a bad review here about the Vue at Live Oak. After having the opportunity to speak with Johnny, I I have a better understanding of the process and fees that were associated with my move-in. I honestly am now looking forward to my stay here because of his willingness to help.

Fantastic community and the staff is amazing! By far the best community I’ve ever lived at and it’s because of the customer service. The office manager and the maintenance manager really stand out to me..I hope they both get promoted!

The Vue is a nice place to live! Very convenient and is located in a great area of Dallas. The manager is very respectful, understanding, and was willing to give me a tour of what I asked for and knows his job very well!. I would definitely recommend the Vue!!

Happy Trails! East Dallas/Uptown! Everything is around the corner! Don't need a vehicle!! We have a fabulous staff here which is a PLUS and that is one of the most important things when you want to have a peaceful state of mind where you live!Pool is always prestine and maintenance staff is all over our property daiy to insure our peaceful state of mind????????????

These apartments are the best. My sister live s here and the manager is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his residence and I love that. And he is very HANDSOME.
