I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max to this store for a rear glass replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was incredibly professional, fast, and the repair was done perfectly. My IPhone 11 screen protector was a mess and they got it replaced fast my phone looks brand new. It wasn’t busy came in during my lunch hour and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service 10/10

Needed the entire back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max including camera repaired. I was able to walk in with no appointment, he provided clear instructions, and estimated completion time. It was serviced in 2 hours & is working perfectly and is looking great once again! Would recommend this company & would return, but hopefully wouldn’t need to ?

LESS THAN A MONTH LATER, MY PHONE NOW GOES TO BLACKSCREEN RANDOMLY…
Alright. After paying a completely different rate than what I was quoted on the phone(first red flag), I went and got my phone repaired here anyway before a crucial flight back to New York.
Aside from an iPhone notification telling me my screen had been repaired by a third party company, I assumed my phone was all good.
Now, a little less than a month later, the bottom of my phone screen keeps popping up whenever it feels like it, and my phone randomly goes to black screen when I pop it back into place. It’ll still be playing a video or song or on a call, but sometimes it doesn’t come back, in which case I have no screen until I hard reset my phone.
It’s fcked me over on more than one occasion now, including part of the NY trip, and I’ll for sure be bringing it back in when I get back to Dallas.
Paid extra to get a low quality fix. Really?

The Technician bricked my laptop while replacing the screen.
He then accused me of breaking my laptop prior to bringing it in, although I can prove the laptop was fully functional less than 3 minutes before dropping it off (I have a code commit with my device identifier in the log).
Awful experience - and to be called a liar by an employee, just insane. Beware of this place!
** Response to Business Owner Reply:
#1 - Let's talk facts sir. Because, I bring receipts.
#2 - Your technician admitted that he did not follow procedure by testing if the laptop powered on before accepting it, violating your own policy.
#3 - I can prove that my laptop was fully functional. We can simply take out the hard drive, put it in an external HDD case and plug it in via USB. I'll open the local Outlook PST file in front of you which will show timestamps on emails received. This will 100% prove the laptop was functional prior to delivery.
#4 - I initially took my laptop to your store on Saturday and when told it couldn't be repaired same-day, I said I would return the next day because I'm a software developer and cannot be without my laptop for a night. Why would I do this if that laptop is non-functional?
#5 - Your technician stated that since the "lights didn't turn on when he opened the lid then it wasn't functional before"... there is sleep mode and full power off mode, you should look it up.
#6 - I did purchase my own replacement screen from a reputable dealer and not eBay. The screen was delivered in it's original sealed packaging to your technician. I strongly disagree with your accusation that a replacement non-touch screen caused a complete failure of the laptop.
Do better sir - I'll visit tomorrow with a body cam on me to discuss.

I honestly would get him five stars because honestly, he’s just a sweet man and he’s very nice. I brought my mom here to get her phone fixed and everything‘s been working fine and I just brought my phone Wednesday to get fixed my screen and I just spent over $300 for this damn screen to be fixed to be have working. I can’t touch my camera or my flashlight when my phone notification come on my screen stays black it don’t light up and my screen is glitching Really bad.
