Got here at 04:19pm and drove by the door to make sure they were open. I parked, walked down and as I approached the door the lady sped walked and locked the door and pulled half the of security gate down. Their hours of operation show they close at 5pm on Sunday. Not only is it tax free weekend its also the Sunday before the 1st day of school. Terrible!

I have driven from Cedar Hill and get to this store and they are not open. It is 1pm 8/3 and no one is here. You should permanently close if there is a staffing issue. I watched 3 staff enter and lock the door. I will be filing a formal complaint. Is this how you treat your customers?

The store hours say they don’t close until 8pm on Saturday. It’s July 19 4pm I’m here to pick up an online order and the doors are locked no one seems to be inside. 3 other people have also come to the store only to realize the same thing

My children and myself typically goes once a week. I wish they received new shipments sooner and kept our sizes in stock more often. They typically have great deals on shoes. Majority of the clothing are expensive but worth it.

Mannn this morning I went there I called ahead of time to see if they had the pair of red new Jordan’s in my size the girl lied otp saying yeah but I gotta come now but when I get there I wasn’t greeted they didn’t have my size and I had to ask the girl do she she even work there the young black girl with braids(skinny, brown skin)was so nonchalant and rude she didn’t even ask me what size nor speak to me when I first came In just ghetto say go to the other location on web chapel cause this store anit it
