The front desk attendants Jonathan and Chris are absolutely amazing. Their warm personalities make you feel right at home while visiting. They’re always professional and go above the call of duty to help. Jonathan is so knowledgeable and does an excellent job of making sure his residents are taking care of.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of living at Victory Place for two months, and I must say it has been the worst experience I've had with any company or apartment complex. To put it bluntly, Victory Place is totally unacceptable in every aspect.My ordeal began when a fire broke out on the 23rd floor, just a couple of floors above my apartment. Due to my proximity to the sprinklers, my unit suffered water damage. Victory Place brought in fans to dry out the damage, and I assumed everything was being handled appropriately. However, my optimism quickly faded when I returned to my apartment to find a termination notice on my door.Without any prior warning or discussion, Victory Place decided to evict us, giving us only seven days to vacate the premises or face forced removal. It's important to note that I had already paid over $2,000 in rent. Shockingly, they didn't offer an alternative unit or any form of compensation. This left me and my family in a difficult situation, essentially making us homeless.Moving is an expensive and stressful endeavor, and Victory Place showed no empathy or willingness to assist us in this challenging time. They did mention that they would notify us when our apartment was ready after renovations, but I wouldn't consider living here again even if it were the last place on Earth due to their horrendous management.They did promise to refund our deposit and provide partial rent reimbursement from the time of the incident, but this seems like the bare minimum considering that the fire was caused by another unit, not ours. It's frustrating and unacceptable that they're treating us like this.Furthermore, while Victory Place is conveniently located, the elevators are excruciatingly slow, and one of them is almost always out of order or occupied by someone moving in or out. It takes an eternity to get downstairs.Additionally, Victory Place's management leaves a lot to be desired. They failed to provide essential information, such as parking instructions, leaving me to figure things out on my own during my first week here.All in all, Victory Place has treated us terribly during a time of need, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice. The convenience is simply not worth the nightmare that I, unfortunately, had to endure.

It has been such a smooth experience living here, especially with all of the amazing employees (shout out to Jacob and Jonathan for their spectacular work!) I was so fortunate to have found Victory Place as my first luxury apartment. The amenities, views, and most importantly, the kindest people are there to get to know you and ensure that this apartment is the one for you. This is, arguably, the best luxury apartment in Dallas!

Saying I love this place would be an understatement. I have gotten the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who is always ready to help you on and off the clock!! (I feel bad bothering him, but he's always kind). Jonathan should be Victory Place's new mascot! He's a refreshing face to see every time you walk in or leave the lobby. He is accommodating & encouraging with every resident. The lobby/hallways/elevators and all building rooms are clean and smell nice. Also, Christopher, who works at night, is amazing. Coming home late at night can be scary. However, Christopher will come and greet you at the door and open it! I never feel unsafe at night. Elevators are so fast here! When I first moved I was worried about the parking situation with American Airlines right next to us. But I came home several times now during events & never had a problem!

I've been living here for almost 2 years and have been enjoying my stay. All of the staff here are friendly, maintenance is always great, and the concierges Mike and Jonathan are always pleasant.I had an issue with how one of my guests were treated a while back, and I'm pleased to say management did their best to fix the issue. I honestly don't have any complaints and was happy to renew my lease here. This place has definitely fulfilled my high rise expectations. They really do work hard to cater to their tenants here, and trust me when I say that is rare, I'm almost scared to move because I'm kinda spoiled here.

Tried to come in for a tour on Saturday. We called before and the phone was disconnected. We showed up and the person sat in the chair and wouldn’t help us at all. We said we wanted to know when we could tour he said “not today not tomorrow” my boyfriend asked can you tell us what floor plans you have available right now the front desk person said “look on the screen” didn’t move from his chair and didn’t help at all. We wanted to sign same day but after our experience we will never return. The person at the front desk was rude and lazy and deserves to be fired!!!

Located in a walkable neighborhood with Katy Trail being right outside the main entrance. Quiet and clean, however the elevators could be an issue from time to time. The concierge is helpful and the staff overall cares about the property. Going on two years so far and we love it.
