I came in to get a hookah the guy at the counter told me it was $35 ok bet , but then a lady comes in and he changes the price from 35 to $60 because he claimed the box it came from was it's original box :( and it wasn't the hookah not even half the size of the box . Mind you they originally tried to charge me $70 for it

love this place <3 everyone is so kind and their selection is always peak! can’t remember his name but the dude with the stylish kimonos might be an angel in disguise- kindest soul and wished me safety today (felt like he read my mind cuz i needed that haha), give that man a raise!! love it every time i’m here <3

I came into the store for the very first time on last Friday and Ms. Rocky greeted me with a warm delightful demeanor. She went over all the products that I was inquiring in a very kind and professional manner. Excellent customer service was provided and I was very satisfied with my purchases and will definitely be returning! This is my new go to smoke shop and im very thankful for Ms. Rocky's expertise knowledge, patience, and superior white glove service! I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to quit smoking cigarettes!

This place is a dump if I could vote 0 stars I would the albino looking girl working the register at 3:40pm on Saturday June 3rd 2023 stood there and ignored me after I asked her if I could purchase a glass piece, no one was in the store she just looked me from head to toe and ignored me if you want business here you have to get rid of that employee terrible representation of the company.

They never answer their damn phone. How're you going to have a phone and claim to be 24/7 but never answer the damn thing. It could be at any time in the day and nope, they just let it ring.

I was a customer over here for about a year and a half, never had no issues until I bought a faulty esco bar and they would not exchange it or refund me nor were they very nice about it too. I recommend 710 vapors they have all ur needs and are kind to u if u were to have any issues
