When we came so they could check in my dog Luna. They are All fabulous. From the receptionist to the doctor to the nurses. They truly showed his they care and understood. Great job. And Luna is still recovering. But is found way better. Thank you I truly appreciate them All. ??

My husband and I took our puppy here because he thought it would be fun and tasty to eat a rock. Everyone here is so kind, patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable but specifically we were honored to have Dr. Marisa Sutterfield and Brittany treat our little guy. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience in what felt like a scary situation.

Have never been here but I heard they were amazing and they really were. My dog was seen quickly, examined and treated right away. The team kept me posted the while tike and I was able to stay there with my pet.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care my beloved Pomeranian, Mojo, received at VEG this morning. He was struggling to breathe, prompting me to rush him to the clinic. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that we were in capable hands.The open-concept treatment area was a refreshing change, allowing me to stay with Mojo throughout his examination and treatment. This environment significantly calmed him, making the entire process less stressful for both of us.What truly stood out was the impeccable customer service and the genuine passion displayed by the entire team. It was evident that they love what they do, and their dedication was palpable. Every member of the team worked seamlessly together, ensuring Mojo received the best possible care.In all my years of dealing with emergency vet visits, I have never encountered such a remarkable experience. Thank you, VEG, for your exceptional care and for making a stressful situation so much more manageable. Mojo and I are truly grateful for your expertise and compassion.

The staff displayed affection and empathy towards us both and showed that my baby was more important than the money that I wasn’t able to pay due to hardship. It made me feel like there were still loving caring people in this crazy world we live in these days. They eased my anxiety thinking that my baby wouldn’t make it after ingesting whatever it was he got ahold of. His being alive and with me is the most important thing in my life right now, as he is what I keep living for. He is my gift from God and they made sure he was healthy and okay! Thank you all so very much for everything! We love you all!

Let me just start by saying customer service goes a long way! I myself am in a Leadership position and also a business owner so i appreciate customer service. Doctor Peitri was wonderful and saved this visit, very knowledgeable and professional! If not I would of gave this a 1 star because of associate Hanna or Anna I believe. Was very rude, walking in to the waiting room that we were in demanding I move my truck because the tire was on the line and customers couldn't park.. When I went out there my truck was the only vehicle in the parking lot. If you know this location you know that parking is very small. I had no problem going out there and readjusting but my problem is the way she told me it and on top of that stared me down when I was walking out to do it, almost mugging me. Very unprofessional associate and I did want to give a 1 star because of her but the doctor was soo nice I decided to give them a 4 star.

Dr Crocker was amazing. The whole staff was kind and caring to my dog. The whole team was conscientious about the bill while also providing the best and necessary care to my dog. This is the emergency vet you want to go to if you’re (unfortunately) in need of one.

These people are awful. My dog was bitten on the nose by a copperhead. As instructed by our regular vet in the past, you give them Benadryl. My son gave him a small dose of Benadryl injectable as that is all the EMT's had on them. This was late at night. So we took him to this place and they told us he was going to die, we needed to pay $10k-$20k for transfusions and that my son was going to get in trouble for "illegally administering Benadryl" to our pet. Obviously I can't pay that kind of money so for $500 they checked him out and gave him steroids. They told us good luck, he might not make it and they offered to put him to sleep for us. My dog is a member of this family now for 10 years and has been bitten before. Spoke to another vet and they said "yea thats what they tell you to make money off of you." I appreciate the fact they are there. But holy cow people...this was the worse thing I've ever had to deal with concerning a vet clinic. They should be ashamed. By the way, he is fine. The swelling went down and he is back to the same good boy he always has been.

I went in because my dog was panting and hyperventilating. I was deeply concerned over his demeanor chng so late in the night. I took him here as the reviews where so positive. I see why. The staff was so kind and attentive. I was walked through the while process. I was given options on the care to account for my finance. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

Although our trip to VEG was very emotional, the compassion shown by the staff at VEG was so comforting during a difficult time. So many factors involved in making decisions for our little Lola, and everyone involved made the process much easier for us. I have to give a special to thanks to Dr Petre, Dr Merhenka, Dr Marissa as well as Mariana, Alex, and Megan.

Honestly there was nothing you guys could have done better, you completely exceeded my expectations, constantly checked on me and my baby. Always made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I was able to be with her the whole time and I will never forget my experience today. I absolutely owe my doctors, nurses, technicians everything. I waited for her to tell me it was time and she FOUGHT and I stayed by her said for 16+ hrs
