My appointment was at 4:30. I waited inside a room for 1 hour.. and when I asked. they just said I thought he had already left.. it has been the worst experience I have ever had.

We had such a great time seeing Erik and Dr. Wolly! Their help and recommendations offered some much needed insight to taking care of my fur baby. They were both so kind and helpful, we will 100% be back!

Dr Gail was wonderful! I was scared to spay my puppy but after she explained the process to me in detail, I am now going to have the procedure done. Angel was wonderful as well, treating and handling my pup with love and care! I will be coming back here regularly! Thank you both for a wonderful experience today!!

Relocated to Dallas earlier this year and have been very pleased with the Vetco staff. Dr Gail is very thorough and helpful. Her and the team just performed a neuter, stenotic nare, and soft palette repair with no issues at all. After 2 days my dog is healing and progressing well. They have reasonable prices and do not try to make you feel taken advantage of. I highly recommend them for all you veterinary needs.

The staff was very friendly and caring. They get me in, in a timely manner. The only downside is that you cannot always see the vet. I understand it is can get busy, but every question that I had, they would leave the room, ask and then return. Overall, its a great place, and the vital care rewards makes life easy and saves you money!

Dr. Gail and her staff were AMAZING! So kind and loving with myths hurt kitten we found! I love that I was able to go online to see what appointments were available and book all on my own as well!

Love love love this place!! I took my 7Ven there for his first check up after getting him from someone on Craigslist. My experience was amazing, the nurses were great! Dr. Gail’s was amazing! She gave me so much advance and helped me with directions on how to care for 7Ven. I was given a free nail clip due to having to wait because another pet had an emergency. I thought that was very considerate of them. They emailed me a list of vaccines that are important for 7Ven and I will get those ASAP. I give them a 5 star guys, clean, very professional staff, good service!! Definitely going back!! Thank you Vetco staff for making 7Ven and I experience the greatest!
